Great location I love this place cause it’s right off the freeway friendly staff. Everything’s always organized shopping carts in the middle of the hours you need them. I highly recommend any contractor to come and find their lumber and roof supplies.

They price is compatible with home depot but they do have better variety on plants. I got double kalancho and dedrobium orchids which is no where to find in home depot and Walmart.

Husband ordered an item for pickup at the Anaheim Lowes. He only received One of the two items. Tom at the Customer Service Desk proceeded to reorder the missing item not received. He Strung my husband along. Because he failed to tell my husband that the reordered item was already out of stock. In the meantime funds from my credit union are on pending status. He went back today to check on the status of the reordered item. That's when he was told that the reordered was Out of Stock. That Tom Lied to my husband from the get go. Beware of Tom at the Customer Service Desk. Lowes do Better. Hire trustworthy employees. Dishonest people are a detriment to the Lowes brand.

Very disappointed. Did not not meet my expectations for customer service.. I had to go look to find somebody help. There was maybe four associates on the whole sales floor and when I did find my item I need it. They were stacking the row. I really couldn't access it so turned around left. The store went to the home improvement store down the street and purchased everything I needed. I didn't feel valued as a customer I didn't show. Can I get this for you? Can I help this for you? Can I recommend something for you? Absolute worst customer service in the world. I think I could have did better if I put a blindfold on and tried to find the item myself
