Lowe's will always be Lowe's, behind HD and ahead of TSC. Unfortunately, I have always supported Craftsman, less now than before. Nonetheless sold here. What made this place stand out was simply the number of red vests I saw walking through the store. One star removed because a worker in gardening didn't have time to help me, it was as if I was bothering him. There is always gonna be that one. This place beats Hanford down in every category.

The driver of this vehicle 2-6-2026 roughly around 1:30pm the driver of this vehicle was driving extremely chaotic! Honking at cars to get outta his way and lane switching violently! When he noticed me recording he flipped me off and speed away, I'm assuming because he didn't want me to get his face in the video. Lowe's needs to do better on who they hire for drivers. This man is a danger to everybody on the streets

On 5/13/26, for the first time EVER, an employee came up to ME to ask if I needed help. His name is Matt at store #0795. He was so helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Matt is an asset for Lowe's. Customer service should be a priority for all employees.

Generally this Lowe's location is fine. Recently staff know less than they used to with questions about projects but that's okay as it's a younger group. But today I was browsing the tools and came across a miter saw marked down to $229 so I put it in my cart. When I got to the register it was $398. I asked if they could check but they came back and said it was marked online for $398. I took it back because I didn't want to make the staff do it. When I looked it was definitely marked for the $229. Kind of an embarrassing moment as I felt like I was trying to swindle them. I told the staff member that price checked and showed her a picture to confirm I wasn't making it up. She did politely say sorry but I feel like I probably should've had the price honored. Overall, embarrassing interaction and will probably just go to Home Depot in the future.

Got a brand new washer, guess I should have checked the hot and cold watter because the installers didn't. Yep that's right, they switched hot to cold and cold to hot. The kicker is they tightend it so tight you can't switch them yourself. So now I call to tell them the situation. They say no problem you'll get a text when they will come out. Still waiting for the text. I did call again multiple times. Only to be wait in total for over an hour, with zero help. Going to home depot next time
