We have been coming to this Lowe’s for a while now and have always received great customer service. We have purchased everything from paint to garden supplies and have found staff to be helpful and considerate with assisting with their selection. Our preschooler also loves the kids classes on the weekend—shout out to Ms. Kat!

Buyer Beware!! Think twice before you buy an appliance from this retailer. They will wash their hands of any issue after 48 hours. I received a damaged Bosch dishwasher. It was scratched on the inside of the dishwasher. Called them and it was exchanged. The second dishwasher was damaged even worse but I hadn’t got around to opening it up until Monday and it was delivered the previous Friday. They said to call some other number but that it wasn’t their problem any more because it was later than 48 hours. They transferred me and the line said they were closed and hung up on me. Just know that once 48 hours are up they are done addressing your needs with the wares they sell whether they are damaged goods or not.

I had a very frustrating experience with Lowe's. Calling the store is almost pointless — no one answers the phone, which already sets a bad tone for customer service. Inside the store, things didn’t improve. It was difficult to find anyone willing to help, and when I did, it felt like they weren’t listening or didn’t care about what I needed. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and still didn’t get clear or useful assistance. Overall, the customer service here needs serious improvement. A business of this size should be able to provide basic support both over the phone and in person. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Lowes. Vanessa and her team are the best - super personable, helpful, and professional. Most recently they made choosing and picking up my water heater a great process from selection to helping me load it up. Gabe was also very helpful troubleshooting my order and answering my questions. I’ll continue to come to this Lowe’s location for all my needs, their amazing team of people make it worth the trip!

I purchased two custom exterior doors and one storm door through Lowe’s, with installation contracted through Premier Services Group. The total cost was just over $6,000, which I paid in full in August 2025. The doors were installed in mid-November after a long lead time. While the doors themselves were acceptable, the installation quality was not. The installer damaged the trim on both doors, corners were misaligned, and large gaps were filled with caulk instead of being properly fitted. Nail holes were left unfinished. When I raised concerns, I was told this was “the best he could do.” At that point, I contacted both Lowe’s and Premier Services Group while the installer was still on-site to report the issue and request a different technician for repairs. Although I was assured someone else would fix the problems, the follow-up process was extremely frustrating: • It took until January 2026 just to schedule a repair. • The same installer I had issues with was sent back, despite clear communication that I did not want him returning. • Additional delays followed, including last-minute cancellations and missed appointment windows. • On one occasion, I waited all morning during the scheduled time, only to be told later they could come in the afternoon, which was not acceptable. Repairs were finally completed on March 4, nearly four months after the initial install. The second technician was professional, and the work was improved, but still not at the level I would expect for a $6,000 project. After completion, I contacted Lowe’s to discuss compensation for the delays, scheduling issues, and subpar workmanship. Despite acknowledging the documented issues, the maximum resolution offered was $108. For a project of this size, timeline, and level of inconvenience, that amount does not reflect the experience. Final Thoughts The doors themselves are fine, but the installation process and customer service experience were extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and difficulty getting issues resolved made this a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend using Lowe’s installation services or Premier Services Group for projects like this.
