My husband sent me to get a cap for our sprinkler system shut off. I came in not knowing what to get, only had a picture to show to the Lowes employee. I met Kevin who looked at the picture and knew exactly what I needed. Kevin was not only knowledgeable but super friendly. The cap that was suggested to me, fit perfectly! I also want to recognize Jo from the garden. She was very friendly and helpful that day. And FYI: Lowe’s is a bit further (than the other “store”) but I will go the distance bc everyone at this location is so nice, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a big smile and “hello, how can I help you?” I am so happy great service is not dead. Keep up the great work!

Today we were in the grill section looking for an oil tray for our Blackstone. Unfortunately, the store did not carry it, but the girl working the grill section that helped us was an absolute sweetheart! She went out of her way to show us how it would be installed once we actually do receive it and give us a couple of suggestions in the meantime. Good job on a great hire. She is an exceptional employee. Unfortunately, we did not get her name.

Ryan at the Paint center helped me so quickly and painlessly that I was over the moon with his service! I couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Seriously the best I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. He needs a raise or a promotion ASAP!

I bought a lot of money worth of trees and garden/yard essentials last year. The trees are supposed to have a year guarantee. One of one of the trees I bought died. The jerks today refused to give me back a refund for the dead tree. I feel totally unvalued and burned by them. I know they had really burned my uncle badly on a major major house project. Now I joined with the rest of my family in boycotting this company because they cannot be trusted, especially this location. What horrible human beings I had to deal with today. Don’t go to Lowe’s and especially this location. They really don’t care about their customers.

My wife and I as new homebuyers are having a new basement alteration from unfinished to finished, and Jeff and Jazzy at the Orchard Parkway location in Thornton, Colorado were magnificent in assisting us to find the bathroom equipment we needed, helping us with the check-out, and even helping us move the heavy pieces into my truck. Both employees demonstrated positive and cheerful attitudes towards customer service, genuine sincerity in the explanation of policies and costs, and enthusiasm for lifting heavy hardware. Give both these associates a raise!
