Staff were helpful but there was an advertising issue and confusion. This washer/dryer set had a deal sticker on it that wasn't for this product. Very misleading. When we brought it up to an employee we were originally told they would honor this sticker deal price since it was clearly on this product. We decided to buy them and then the manager came. He told us that the sticker on the product does not mean it goes to that product. We didn't want to argue and continued shopping. As we walked away they took the sticker off and placed it on the correct product. It seems this error was on multiple products in the appliance section. Don't have an employee tell us the deal price would be honored only to have the manager change their mind.

I ordered a custom therma-tru door through this location. I specified clear glass when I ordered it. They printed off a piece of paper that I looked over and OK’d that said clear glass (which I still have). When she went to actually send the order, something happened with their system and she had to “rebuild the door real quick”. When the door arrived and I went to pick it up, it had some kind of fancy patterned glass in it. I rejected the door, the doors lady wasn’t there so I called in the next day to get it figured out. She told me that particular door doesn’t come with clear glass (it does) and said she told me that when I ordered it. I went into the store the next day and the gentleman that was working (Robin I believe?) was very helpful and reordered me the same door but with the clear glass I originally specified. Just picked it up today and the two kids that brought it up from the back used one of those blue carts and it scratched a bunch of the black paint off the middle hinge. I went and asked the lady at the doors counter if we could get a replacement hinge and she said she would have to reorder the entire door and I’d have to wait another 6 weeks. Oh, and additionally, the door was ordered with brick molding, we paid for brick molding, went to remove the shipping crate today to install it and found it was missing from the door. Lowe’s refused to correct this issue since it’s been 5 months since we ordered it. The assistant manager I spoke with said “how do I know you didn’t just remove the brick molding”, bro, look at the 10 pictures I brought in, there would be nail holes if it once had brick molding. Seems crazy that they’re willing to lose a pro customer over 3 pieces of brick molding, oh well. Lesson learned.

After multiple trips to this store, I no longer can go here. I like that its more quiet than Home Depot, but the staff is extremely uneducated and not very helpful. I had trouble ordering product off the site, so I went in multiple times to their "pro desk" to get assistance in ordering Trex decking supplies (wasn't on shelves) and both times I was unsuccessful.... no one knew how to order me the specific products.

Purchased a LG washer and dryer set. Was delivered and immediately destroys a bunch of clothing items. Called LG and they knew about the problem and said they would send a part for us to install and fix it. Now it's having another issue. Called Lowe's to have them come fix the vent hose as they stuffed a ton of and it kinked up behind. They refuse. They won't refund any money or fix anything. Haven't been able to use the dryer and damaged a bunch of clothes but hey that's our problem. There lady stated she can only refund some money back if there was a dent in it. So dent I get money back, the whole thing damaging clothes and not working well not their problem. Oh and sorry for our inconvenience. What a joke.

I rarely go to Lowe’s and since Homedepot had a sold out item, I thought maybe Lowe’s could help me. I searched thoroughly and I could not find my item. I found a rep in the returns department and he checked his phone for inventory assured me that the tiles would be on isle number 46 We searched in no luck. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory. He then decided to ask another representative and met me to search with no tile found I then went back to returns and the person said me bad no apologies and said the item wasn’t in isle five. No item was found. It was a total waste of my time. I will never go back there. Managers need to train their employees and train them and obviously their inventory is inacurrate
