I wanted to take a moment to recognize Eve for providing one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She recommended the perfect new grill for my home, as well as another great option for my office. Her expertise and willingness to help made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Josh, another associate, was equally helpful and assisted us with loading the grill into my truck. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Today felt like old-school customer service—the kind that’s becoming harder and harder to find. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and because of the outstanding service I received from Eve and Josh, I will absolutely be back. In fact, I’ll gladly make the drive from Castle Rock to this Lowe’s in Littleton just because of the experience I had today. Thank you both for your excellent customer service. It truly made a difference.

How can you order a new tool and then you get it delivered and you open up the box and it been used by someone and I call to find out what happened and no one seems to know anything, the box actually had white straps on it that somebody re-strapped it and put the tool back in there and put it back on the shelf like it was supposed to be brand new and then now I have to go drive to the store and exchange it because if not, I would have to wait until four days from now for them to re-deliver it for the exchange. I just don’t understand what has happened to Lowe’s. I used to work for them back in 2000 and customer service was top-notch but I don’t know what has happened. Nobody’s paying attention. Nobody cares people are just there for a paycheck. No customer service no help not gonna get a refund for the delivery because now I have to go and exchange it because it’s not brand new that I paid for. So update just want to thank ANTONE for taking care of this situation. I know it’s not his fault but it’s the store‘s fault and I do apologize for that but you did a wonderful job but somebody took the product in and put it back on the shelf what to get thank you, ANTONE

Don't bother asking for help in kitchen cabinets. They will make you wait forever and then when you ask a question it's like you're speaking Chinese. I went in there three times to get replacement kitchen cabinet shelve for the units that I bought there. The lady tells me, "you need to go online and call the number." I call the number, and they tell me, "you need to have the store place the order". I go back to the store and the lady says again that I need to call the number. I said, I already did that and they told me to go back to the store. Wow. You'd think I was asking them to build a rocket ship to Mars. This is YOUR product that I purchased at YOUR store. How do you not know how to order replacement parts? Never again. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone that I know not to go there.

I had an interesting experience here recently while looking for some specific items in the tool department. The store wasn't busy, but seemed to be in some kind of overblown chaos. The first 2 employees that I talked to were sent over from other locations that day and weren't really able to answer questions since they were working in a store that they were unfamiliar with, but they were friendly and gave me the name of a couple people who might be able to help. I walked around the store a bit and came across one of the employees who I was told could help, and while they were being nice and greeting customers in a friendly manner... They said that they were unable to help at the moment, as if there was some underlying catastrophe happening in their currently very unoccupied store at the moment. That was the store manager, and my exchange with them gave me the feeling that this particular store wasn't doing too great in the management category. To add to this experience, I noticed that they had one of the few remaining Craftsman V-Series tool cabinets in stock, which had been discontinued in 2024... It was clearly damaged, but still listed at full price... This visit didn't leave a great impression on me. I'm not sure what this location is going thru, but they don't seem to have it together.

I came in early May and was looking for a small hand saw, I spoke to the gentlemen that was working that area and the one that I wanted wasn't available, I than ask for another option and he recommended one that was a little bit more money but I was ok with it. I ask him if it needed a battery or if it came with it and he chuckled and said that it didn't need a battery it came with one. So I purchased it. A few days later I ended up getting pneumonia and was down for 2 1/2 weeks. When I went to go use it I notice that there was no battery and I looked up the battery cost and it is way more than the saw. So Saturday I took it in to return, never was opened with receipt, they guy said, it is past the 48 hour return policy!! are you kidding me that a saw has 48 hour return policy, he said he couldn't even give me store credit, so I have a $100+ saw that I can't return or use. I am disappoint that I at least could not receive store credit. I just won't go back to LOWE's.
