There’s a team member here named Tyler, and I hope y’all are taking as good care of him as he does your customers. I happened to bump into him in 3 different areas of the store: at the entrance he was kind enough to grab me a different cart since mine was dragging, in the paint section he was able to point me out to the materials I was looking for, and at checkout he was able to clear up some pricing concerns. He really went above and beyond to make for a great experience.

I love Lowe'sand have been to several in Chicago. I'm visiting in Colorado and went to the Lakewood Lowe's. The customer service was amazing! I was greeted by an employee who asked what I needed and she directed me to the Paint and Wood Refinishing aisle. There a kind employee helped as much as possible and then called an expert over who helped me make informed choices for paint stripping. At the cash register I was again aided by a very helpful employee. All this made for quick, efficient and productive shopping experience.

Found a good deal on mulch and needed 45 bags. Instead of having to carry them through the store, one of the employees, Will, grabbed a forklift to help us get them quickly. But when the forklift stalled, he and another employee Ryan, helped carry the bags to the van parked on the side of the store. Talk about great service! Thank you to Will, Ryan and Lori at the front register for helping us!

Found everything I needed & had great prices as well. The cherry on top was the cashier who assisted me, Miss Sally~ She was a wonderful lady. Sooo helpful. Verrry knowledgeable. Super kind & respectful. Lowes is lucky to have her!

I’d give a zero star if I could. We purchased carpet from this Lowe’s and expected it to be installed last Thursday 3/5. When they attempted to deliver the carpet I noticed that they were delivering the wrong carpet. I sent them on their way and we notified the store while the delivery drivers were still in our driveway. Installation services claimed they would have answers for us on Tuesday, we tried to escalate this every day calling and insisting our house was completely torn apart waiting and we need a time estimate. No answers. Today was the big day when we find out the exact date our carpet should be able to be installed. We got a call at 6 pm to let us know the carpet I denied had never been returned, therefore they haven’t even bothered to order the correct carpet, which we all know takes a couple weeks to arrive. What the actual hell, Lowe’s? An entire week and you didn’t even order the carpet? This is shameful. Do not buy from Lowe’s.
