Why does Lowes always smell so good? I'm constantly thinking about the scent of Lowes, it honestly reminds me of sponges. Brand new sponges, Hobby Lobby, Lowes, and dusty garage all share similar scents. Due to this, I've fallen in love with Lowes. I do not buy anything here, the only people I've known have bought a new shower installation, and it actually sucks, it's already developed holes in it twice. How does that even happen? They also bought a shower handle, and a few lightbulbs, and some amazing paint, which that was actually pretty convenient and good quality, I guess you just have to be careful what you buy. Although the paint mixers didn't get it exact, everytime I walk into the bathroom I can see where the new paint was added, but that's okay. Everyone is human, and they really don't get paid enough. This review would be 3 stars, but they have plastic cars. I love plastic cars more than I love my friends, or my life. It is amazing, I go and I buy them, and maybe I also buy a soda alongside them, and I'm living life at it's best capacity. What is better than this? Although they are a bit expensive, around 10$ for one car, including tax. Well, Lowes is pretty decent. Just watch what you buy.

We bought a brand-new washer and dryer from Lowe's. It was installed and we realized that it was not adding hot water to the drum. We obviously checked all the hoses to make sure they were configured correctly. We went back to Lowe's 48 hours later to let them know the machine wasn't working correctly. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine. We spent $900 on a washing machine that is not working and Lowe's had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us out. We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. wish Sears was still in business.

I had a fantastic experience at this location after a very frustrating morning. I originally drove here from the Havana store because they didn't have a single terracotta planter in stock. Luckily, this location had a great selection, and I was able to find everything I needed for my organic indoor garden. ​The highlight of my visit was the service I received from Victor. I was having a stressful time with my gift card at the self-checkout, and before I even had a chance to ask for assistance, Victor noticed and stepped in to help. He resolved the issue immediately and with total ease. ​He also went above and beyond by helping me locate another specific item I was looking for. Victor has excellent people skills—he is highly professional, yet incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. It's rare to find such proactive and genuine customer service. Thank you, Victor, for making a stressful day much better!

Our recent experience with Lowe’s has been deeply disappointing and frankly disastrous. We ordered a door in July, only for it to arrive nearly two months late—and even then, it was the wrong door. We were told it would be corrected, re-ordered, and installed on a new date, which required us to rearrange our schedules, take time off work, and purchase paint to prepare. Today we were contacted yet again and told the installation would be pushed back more than two weeks. The repeated delays, poor communication, and lack of accountability resulted in wasted time, money, and frustration. After months of waiting and multiple setbacks, we ultimately canceled the order altogether. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to Lowe’s for any future services. 1/14/26 Thank you for the response, however there is no need for me to reach out by phone again. We have already been in contact with two of your managers in an effort to have the credit card charges reversed. Unfortunately, there was continued miscommunication as we were told the refund could not be issued because the door had “already been picked up,” when in fact the installer was the last person in possession of the door. After several attempts, we were finally transferred to a higher-level finance representative and are now waiting for the refund to be processed. At this stage we are only looking for the remaining refund to be issued correctly. I hope this feedback is helpful and encourages improvement in communication and resolution for future customers.

Couple weeks ago I came here to buy a DeWalt drill. I stood in the tool department for some time... I eventually gave up. No one cared to try to help me, nobody was even in the department. I ordered a Milwaukee from Amazon, and boy that was so much easier, that's the route I'll be going from now on.
