CES 5 months agoCustomer Service is a joke and delivery is always an issue. I would literally give a negative 10 if I could. For starters, I’d love to know how Lowe’s customer service goes thru training. I ordered a same day delivery today and was delivered a SUBWAY SANDWICH at 8am. North Bergen, NJ Lowe’s calls me at 2pm to say that the driver made a mistake and picked up the package and will be coming back now. I said, ok. Human error happens. I live 15 minutes away. Flash forward to 4 hours later and I still don’t have my package. Not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to directly connect to a store, if you call customer service about they issue, they put you on hold for at least 20 minutes to only come back and tell you that you need to DRIVE to the Lowe’s and return the sandwich and get a refund. WHAT?! I still want my package. Then, when I ask to be connected to the store, the woman working says, well, we gave him the package and your address 4 hours ago at 2pm. And when I say that it is still not here and to contact them, SHE HANGS UP ON ME. There is ALWAYS an issue with Lowe’s delivery and your customer service! How is this not the store’s fault and if there using uber driver’s, how would they not have a phone number to contact them?? That is a complete lie. And the fact that the photo that Lowe’s texted me is of a sandwich and no one thinks this should be fixed, is madness.
Alexis Davis 4 months agoWe are beyond frustrated with our experience with Lowe’s and feel compelled to share what has been an incredibly upsetting situation. Back in November, we placed an order for FIVE appliances because Lowe’s was running a great promotion. We were excited and thought we were making a smart decision. Unfortunately, what has followed has been months of stress, wasted time, and money. When our appliances were delivered, THREE out of the five had issues: The oven arrived missing two oven racks for the air fryer feature. The vent hood was delivered missing a piece. We called customer service, and a week later they sent a replacement… only for the replacement to ALSO be missing the exact same piece. We requested an exchange for our refrigerator within their 48-hour policy window. We were told it would take two weeks for pickup and delivery of the new fridge. Two weeks later, on the MORNING of delivery, Lowe’s delivery team called to say they couldn’t deliver it because the replacement refrigerator was damaged. We were then told we would have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for a new one to arrive. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, this situation is costing us real money. Our contractor cannot finish our project. We have spent countless hours on the phone repeating ourselves to customer service representatives who do not seem to understand the urgency or the magnitude of the problem. We have asked to simply cancel the refrigerator order and have Lowe’s pick up the one we were trying to exchange, but we continue to be told that this is “someone will call in 24hrs.” & here we are with no call. We would greatly appreciate a manager — preferably someone based in the U.S. — reaching out to us directly to resolve this. We are exhausted from having the same conversation over and over again with no resolution. This entire experience has been disappointing and incredibly frustrating. We expected better service and accountability. We will never recommend Lowe’s for appliances. We will gladly update this review if someone at Lowe’s is able to assist us.
Mahir Taghizade 8 months agoI pressed button 10 times waited 25 minutes. 3-4 time announced help needed in plumbing department and no one came. Date 29 October. If you don’t help what the point of this. Such a shame!!!!! Such a service!!!!!
Tristan Pope 11 months agoIt’s fine. Good selection. Big space. But delivery sucks. They charge the workers if they fail to deliver a fridge so if they don’t think they can get it to fit without any issue not even an attempt will be made. Because Lowe’s charges then 250$. The treat workers terrible.
ellen herb 4 months agoPlease staff your store with people who know what they're doing!!! I went to buy paint. I pressed the help button and waited; no assistance. Customer Service tried; no assistance. I was told that all "managers" were in a meeting and there was no one to help get the paint I needed. I went to the home section; no one was there to help. Back at customer service, I saw the gentleman who works in the home section and asked him to help with an order. Finally, 40 minutes after ordering custom shades, I went back to the Paint Dept and was able to get what I needed. What a waste of my afternoon.
