I’m not one to normally complain, however the room service I received was bland at best. Based off the hotels appearance and being my first time, I was expecting nothing but the best. Clearly I was wrong. It’s crazy to say the average McDonalds burger has much more flavor than what i received and for a quarter of the price. If you stay enjoy the views and scenery but do NOT order food.

I highly recommend staying away from this Lowe’s location, especially if you are a contractor or working on a time-sensitive project. On multiple occasions, this store has left me stranded without materials on active job sites. Most recently, I placed an order three weeks in advance to make sure the materials would be delivered on a specific date. That delivery date came and went, and now it has been four days since the materials were supposed to arrive. The order is now showing that it may not be delivered for another week. I am on a strict project schedule and am required to have this job completed by the end of the month. Because Lowe’s failed to deliver the materials as promised, the homeowner is now being forced to extend their Airbnb rental, and I am having to cover that additional cost. This is not the only issue I have had. On another project, we were building a patio and had materials scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The day they were supposed to be delivered, Lowe’s canceled half of my order without any communication. It did not matter anyway, because none of the materials ever showed up. A week later, the order still showed as “being processed.” That same day, after the delivery window had already passed, a manager told us around noon that they were loading the truck and that it was heading our way. The truck never showed up. We ended up getting all of the materials from a different supplier that same day and completed the project without Lowe’s. I requested that Lowe’s cancel the order, but they never actually canceled it. Instead, they were still going to deliver the materials into my customer’s driveway a week later, after the project was already finished. I had to call corporate just to get the order canceled before it arrived. I have also had issues with Lowe’s incorrectly mixing paint. Their mistake forced me to repaint a homeowner’s cabinets twice at my own expense, costing me an additional $8,000. I am beyond frustrated, and so are my customers. Lowe’s has completely embarrassed me as a working partner and put my business in a terrible position. Their mistakes have cost me time, money, credibility, and trust with my clients. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this store for contractor materials, scheduled deliveries, paint matching, or any project with a deadline. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been unacceptable.

Jeff is THE paint guru. We brought in some chips and he told us exactly what we needed for touch ups. Saved us money with a smile. If this is the customer service standard here, you can’t go wrong. They assisted with our move and I felt so secure getting everything I needed. They’re making home improvement feel like going home.

Aaron the paint manager was amazing! He was super helpful and friendly! I made a purchase the day before and he was able to help answer questions and talk me through a project and gave some really good advice! I so appreciate his help!! It’s so nice to be able to go into a store and talk to a person that is knowledgeable.

As my husband and I walked through the store, we we were greeted kindly multiple times. Each employee we passed, asked us "if we'd found everything were looking for" and the positive attitudes were welcomed. You can tell their whole staff was motivated, positive and helpful. Not all Lowe's has this level of hard working, positive employees. Kuddos to the management for training them so well!
