Lowe’s is generally an easy and convenient store to shop at. Everything is laid out in a way that makes items easy to find, and it’s rarely overcrowded, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy, and I like that they offer veterans parking, which is a nice touch since my son is a veteran. I also love how organized the carts usually are they’re almost always where they should be. Self-checkout is another plus and usually moves quickly. Sometimes it can be slow depending on the season. One of my favorite things about Lowe’s is their holiday décor they always have a huge selection and lots of fun options to choose from. On the downside, the bathrooms are often not very clean, and returns can be a bit of a hassle. Their return policy has definitely gotten stricter, so make sure to hold onto your receipt. Because of that, returns aren’t as smooth as they used to be. Overall, it’s still a solid store with good organization and convenience. A few improvements in cleanliness and return flexibility would easily make this a 5-star experience.

I went today to this store to buy me a lawn mower, was priced $569.00 but the one on display was market at $519.00 i grab a box take a picture of the sticker take it to the cashier and she so beautiful said you're right it's the same item and same bar code, let me call someone to overwrite to respect the price, a lady came and said I was wrong the price was $ 569.00 , but the picture i took showed $519. I was asking to respect the price was on the item and she didn't do it, I when and spoke whit i believe was the manager and he told me that price was for the display wich on the sticker doesn't said that, and I got the prove, finally he agre to give me 10% off, and the lady who was give me the discount she only give me 5%.. and I'll ask why and she told me , you did get the discount but plus taxes.. and obviously I know Matt to lady, she only aprove me a 5%.. and I feel discriminated because I'm Hispanic and I bet if someone else ethnicity will ask to respect the price they will do it whit not problem at all The things here was they try to trick customers doing things cause I can prove it, here is the picture

Employees are Amazing, but Products Do Not Work, Delivery Schedule Problematic, and Returning is Impossible I purchased a washing machine in-store on 6/2/26. The washing machine was delivered on 6/5/26, but it was damaged (bashed in on the side). The delivery person (very, very nice) put the machine back on the truck and scheduled delivery of a new machine. I drove to the store that day (6/5/2026) and asked if I could upgrade to a larger washing machine and purchase a dryer as a stackable set. The in-store salesperson (super nice) said they could sell me the stackable set, and the original purchase could be refunded, but I needed to call Lowe’s Customer Service for the refund. I called while the in-store salesperson (super nice) handled the sale, taking approximately 30 minutes. The minute after my card was run and the money was taken, the customer service representative on the phone (very nice) came back on and said the original washing machine could not be returned. I replied that I was still at the store and would go request a refund for the stackable set (almost three times the price), then go purchase a similar set from Home Depot. The customer service representative on the phone put me on hold, came back on, and said they would honor the refund. The stackable set was delivered on 6/7/26, and the delivery persons (nicest in the world) ran checks to make sure both machines were working. After they left, I ran a load of clothes, and the dryer would not work. I contacted the online customer service (very nice), and they immediately said Lowe's would deliver a replacement. Unfortunately, the online customer service only offered dates/ times that will not work with my schedule (I have an ill family member). I said I need to return both because there is a small company in my neighborhood that offers same-day delivery on a day I can be at home. The Lowe’s online customer service representative said I cannot get a refund on the washing machine (part of the stackable set), only the dryer, but it cannot be delivered during the times I am at home. I replied that none of this would work because I need a stackable set, and it needs to be delivered when I am home in line with my schedule. The online representative said I need to go into the store. (Remember, the store said refunds will only be honored via Lowe’s customer service, but refunds cannot be handled in the store.) I am out of money, I don’t have a workable washer/dryer, and Lowe's hasn't offered a solution. I think I have lost faith in Lowe’s. (There will probably be an automated response to this review asking me to contact customer service, which I have in-store, online, and over the phone.)

Shout out to Jeff at Lowe’s for such a kind moment today. I mentioned out loud that there weren’t any activity kits for 3-year-olds, and without me even asking, he overheard and gifted my daughter a 4+ activity kit for free just to make her day. Small acts of kindness like that really stick with people. Excellent customer service, generosity, and hospitality — thank you, Jeff, for going above and beyond. Lowe’s is lucky to have you!

We came for a bug zapper and Ley in Garden was extremely helpful. She actually found what we needed which was right in front of our face the entire time and also recommended other options to help save money. We got what we needed…. Thank you Ley💕 I highly recommend for you to come here and ask for Ley she went above and beyond to help us and we’re highly satisfied with the service ❤️
