This is the best Lowe’s! I always have the best service here. I didn’t ask for names but a young lady working the paint counter was hustling for everyone with a great attitude and truly helpful. On Thursday January 15 around 10:15. And the young lady who helped scan my items and check out was also very courteous and helpful. Great job ladies! Good customer service stands out these days and is so appreciated. Even the lil things.

I went here to purchase soil, mulch, plants, and bricks to design my garden area. There was a huge selection of all items available in stock. The staff was courteous and checking out was a breeze. 7-10-25 Seamless Transaction Faith was very polite and gave me a nice warming smile. She definitely should be recognized for her amazing Customer Service. The manager Tracy was also very helpful. Even though my order wasn’t ready due to me placing it 15 minutes before arriving to the store she went out her way to make sure that I got my order. I definitely appreciate her for her willingness to help me.

I recently visited Lowe’s Home Improvement to get a copy of my office key and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process with ease. The key copying was done swiftly and accurately. I appreciated the wide selection of products and the clean, organized store layout. Highly recommend for all home improvement needs!

0 🌟 if I could TINA the black lady with the gold short hair really rude im guessing my race and a different race came in and as I was leaving i heard her being all nice and saying hello how are YOU. I was not greeted and had to wait for someone "TINA" to come help me just you make my day harder‼️ Why work there it's customer service not hate your customer's wow will never return to this store ‼️ TOMBALL 👎👎👎

Always have horrible service. This is the closest home improvement store to my house but I always drive an extra mile to go to the Home Depot down the street. This last incident I asked three employees who were in the lumber section for help with cutting a piece and none of them helped me. They weren’t attending other customers, if anything two of them were giggling with each other.
