I walked into the store this morning on May15th looking to purchase a washer and dryer. There was an add on the radio for Memorial Day that started this morning on all washers and dryers so I got to the store at 7am. When I walked back to the appliance area I seen a washer/dryer combo that had an electronic sale tag 1898.00. It also had an additional 20%off sheet taped on it on top. I asked for someone to help me because I wanted to purchase it and an employee named Chad told me he couldn’t honor the price. He said someone must had placed the additional 20% add on top of the combo by accident. I explained it was taped to it so he said he would ask someone else to see if he honor the price and when he came back he told me no. He told me he was one of the store managers and he still couldn’t honor the price. However he did tell me I should write a review so corporate would know that they are short staffed and that was probably the reason why someone would have placed that 20% off on this unit! I’m not sure that is how Lowe’s does business but I can tell you Chad, as one of the store managers , Did Not step up and want to keep a customer. I have been a loyal customer of Lowe’s and have Never had this problem in the past. Maybe it is this store. I will take my business elsewhere and that is sad. I would hope corporate would look at the video and find out which employee placed the additional 20% off on the combo unit and have a corrective taken with them and then get ahold of me and honor the price. Update: 5-21-26 Just spoke to “Lowe’s Corporate” just another associate that answers the 1-800 number when you finally get through their AI answering system ….. I explained the whole thing and he said they couldn’t do anything! That’s how to keep a loyal customer that has spent thousands of dollars with your company! WOW!

They actually called me and said the item I ordered was there but not the same price I paid and I’d have to pay more or not get it. I refused and said this was unacceptable and I wanted my item delivered for what I paid. It arrived 2 days late and looked like someone dragged it down the street. When I called to report it, they said I’d have to drive there and exchange it. When I said they needed to pick it up and deliver a new one, they put me on hold and never came back to the line. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I called ahead to check if they cut glass. The person put me on hold right away, and after waiting several minutes, I hung up. No one answered when I called again, so I went in person. Two employees initially confirmed they cut glass but didn’t know much else. They started walking as if to help but disappeared. After asking around, I was finally told the glass cutter was closed for the day. A simple sign would have saved me a lot of time. Overall, not a great experience.

Good stuff. There is a car parked in the parking lot has been there for a while if you can please make them move make shoppers very uncomfortable.

Sebastian at the customer pick-up area was wonderful. There were multiple employees who offered to help me. I went for an off set toilet flange and mud. Plant stuff. Easy peasy trip to Lowes. Lots of parking but very busy. All the associates were very professional and helpful. The store was well stocked and organized. They have a rewards program, which is a ➕️ ➕️ ➕️
