Easy in and out for the $2 mulch. Got flowering plants for half price on the clearance shelves too. Everything looked healthy and fully stocked. Aisles were clean and they were making sure water was being cleaned up too. Forgot my Lowe's card and employee kind enough to help look it up, easy peasey.

The customer service manager is incompetent. She literally said that we couldn't return an item that was shipped with a lowes shipping label attached to it because "there's no proof of purchase". The order number is on the shipping label, as has been done by every major corporation for 20 years. She was incredibly rude and argued that that order number was not sufficient, despite telling us originally we had to have an order number or receipt. She additionally just walked away to let the clearly new worker try to figure out how to do a exchange. I cannot believe she made it into management with so little knowledge about how to do simple returns. Surprise surprise, the order number on the package was actually sufficient to return the item.

Terrible experience, staff is non existent even when I find someone to help they dissappear before locating the product in question. If the items where in the proper aisle, I would have been able to locate them from the website, but they arnt and thus require finding someone to "help" or dissappear when asked for assistance I reached out to the number below and its just the general customer service line. I told them that I was reaching out because of the response below and they said there isnt anything they can do. Not sure why you would have me waste more time but I wish I could leave negative stars now.

I came into the store knowing exactly what product and isle my product was on. They were all caged with a lock. When asked for help no one came to open the cage. I continued waiting and a guy walks up on his cell phone. He then says wait your turn when I had been there for over 10 minutes. Customer service over the phone was very helpful but the associates in the store are lazy.

So this Lowe’s is profiling people. I guess since I got tattoos, all I come to do is steal. So she asked me if I needed any help and I said no. My guys on lunch so I was just wasting a little time looking around maybe gonna buy another razor knife or something. But when I said no, I didn’t need any help. She said yeah sure and then she started to follow me around the store and then had two guys at the front watching me like I was gonna run out with something. I did nothing to deserve that type of profile. I guess my tattoos makes me a bad person or is it because I’m Hispanic? Either way uncalled for. And then I went and asked to speak with a manager about the situation and stood there for a little while waiting and decided I was wasting my time. I work for a big company. We spend a lot of money at Home Depot. And this is why we only come to Lowe’s when we have to. But I’ll be going out of my way for now on to draw the extra distance and avoid this store. That’s why they shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Just cost them a bunch of money.
