Don't waste your money coming to this location! Older lady at the register at self checkout tonight does not know what she is doing so sends me to customer service and just another lady even worst than the first one. You need better employees or better training. We the customers are the reason you get paid!! This complaint is intended for the closing shift workers you have today 05/15/2026.

I am so disappointed in Lowe's. They promote how they support the Military and offers discounts to the Military but do you really? I was there today and purchased a LED light. I put in for my Military discount because I am Air Force Disabled Veteran. As I checked out, the screen said I was receiving a $5 discount for my Military Discount but guess what...the discount WAS NOT APPLIED. I went to the customer service, spoke to an employee and the manager. They both tried to convince me that I received the discount as if I can't do simple math. After they realized that I knew they were lying, the manager says, oh, we don't give Military Discounts on materials. So, I said.....but that's what you sell! She said, yes, as crazy as it sounds. Lowe's if you're going to support the Military by offering a discount, truly OFFER AND PROVIDE the DISCOUNT. Don't lie about it. Don't promote it and don't do it and really...DON'T ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO TRY TO CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING A DISCOUNT WHEN THEY TRULY ARE NOT. Do better Lowe's. I am deeply disappointed in your performance. #DiscountsDeniedToMilitaryHeroes

You may as well get rid of Daniella in Pro Desk services. She does not help at all for pro desk prices. Twice, she's told me to just go to the register and they'd check me out. I went to her to get a better price but all she does it be on her damn cell phone and not worry about the customer, at least me. If you don't like your job, then go find something else and stop wasting people's time in going there.

Be careful at this Lowes they will charge you more than the sticker price. They also will not give you your money back.

We came for a vanity and fan. David took good care of us and helped me load it up. He is very knowledgeable about the products and made it easy to find what we wanted. Very good experience. This Lowe's is always helpful.
