I had a great experience at Lowe’s. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to find everything I need for my project . The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer my questions. and there’s a good variety of tools and materials. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future projects!

I Went to return a generator 12 days after purchasing it. Emmanuel the store manager and Felicia the assistant refused to return it even thought their policy says 30 day returns allowed. I was given a sticker on the generator that says I have 30 days to return, they kept saying I have 48 hours. However it says right in front of them if the package isn’t opened I have 30 days. I called corporate and they told them as long as it’s not opened I can return it. I recorded everything and honestly Felicia’s aggressiveness and yelling and false accusation are enough. Emmanuel was more respectful however he still didn’t process it and left and didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Clearly my generator isn’t opened or damaged and I am allowed to return it. However they just discriminated and acted unprofessionally. I wasted 2 hours there and there’s nothing I can do but take it back after the managers didn’t even want to talk anymore. If Lowe’s corporate wants their videos and refusal of service contact me. A 300 pound generator that I had to move by myself and they refused to help. Clearly by the policy I attached shows that it’s returnable as it’s not damaged

I want to give a big shoutout to Libia at this location. She is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Every time I see her, she has a great attitude and a smile on her face, and it truly feels like she enjoys her job. Employees like Libia make a huge difference in the customer experience. She definitely deserves recognition… and honestly, she deserves a raise too 😊 BTW… Lowe’s is better than HD… yup I said it!☺️☺️

We went into the store a little after noon looking for assistance regarding counter top services. Preparing to sell our house, we were looking to replace the damaged laminate counter tops. When we got to the counter top section, there was no one there to immediately assist us. After a while a girl came up to ask what we needed assistance with. When we informed her that we were looking to get a quote for laminate counter top replacement she went over to another lady. Eventually this other lady came up to us and asked what we needed help with. When we told her we were looking for an estimate for a laminate counter top and installation, she told us they don’t do installations. Strange. My girlfriend and I walked over to the section where there are laminate samples… lo and behold there is a pamphlet that talks about installations. Puzzled, we walk to the front of the store and ask about the contradicting information. The lady upfront was helpful in trying to point us in the right direction. She told us that the counter top specialist was not working that day and we overheard that they person this lady was calling was about to go to lunch. I’m not sure what the deal was, whether it was too close to lunch time and did not want to help or did not feel comfortable providing an estimate but lying to our face saying you don’t offer installation when it’s pretty clear as a home improvement store you do, is just bad business. We went to the Lowe’s near I-10 and Bunkerhill and they even said their counter top specialist was not working that day but they still helped provide us an estimate. If you want professionalism, don’t go to this Lowe’s - it’s not guaranteed. You’ll get better help elsewhere.

I absolutely love shopping at this Lowe’s location! The store is always super organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and it’s great to see that they already have their Halloween items up in late September, including some massive sculptures that are sure to be a hit! Today, I was looking for some blocks, and a young man from the lock department was incredibly helpful. He patiently went through multiple parts with me and did some thorough searching to ensure I found the exact item I needed. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely polite, which made the whole experience so much better. Overall, this is a fantastic neighborhood store for all your home improvement needs, and I highly recommend it for both the service and the shopping experience!
