I want to give a big shoutout to Libia at this location. She is always attentive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Every time I see her, she has a great attitude and a smile on her face, and it truly feels like she enjoys her job. Employees like Libia make a huge difference in the customer experience. She definitely deserves recognition… and honestly, she deserves a raise too 😊

Wanted to exchange weed eater line as it was the wrong size. I did not have a receipt. I was told "no." Mind you all i wanted was an exchange for an $18.00 item. They asked for a cellular telephone number or email address to confirm purchase. Who enters thier email address or cellular telephone for an $18.00 cash purchase much less keep the receipt. I was landscaping the yard and was well "dirty" when i entered the store so i was in a hurry. Jeremy the store manager at Lowes store number 1053 located on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena Texas treated as i stole the item and wanted to het money back or that is the impression i got. Again all i wanted was an exchange!!!! $18.00 is not a lot of money it is the principal of this that chaps my rear end. To be tracked by cellular telephone number or email address for a small purchase instead of keeping an ex-loyal customer happy. Well Home Depot is across the street.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lowe’s thanks to Ramona Luna! We came in frustrated because our refrigerator at home wasn’t staying cold enough and our food was going bad. Ramona took the time to really listen to our concerns, understand exactly what we needed, and walked us through all of our options without making us feel rushed or pressured. She found us the perfect refrigerator that checked every box and it even was on sale! You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers and not just making a sale. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind from start to finish. We were already frustrated thinking we would have to stop here, Home Depot, Best Buy & other local appliance stores but this is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. She made what could have been a stressful purchase feel completely easy! If you’re shopping at Lowe’s for appliances, ask for Ramona. She will take great care of you. Thank you so much, Ramona, we love our new fridge!

Always liked this location they have a nice clearance rack to get some dewalt stuff and some drill bits, hammers, and other great tools. I also think the staff is more knowledgeable here than other locations. Just my opinion but it’s really great having associates that know they’re stuff sometimes it’s not like that at other locations. Probably going to buy my next lawnmower from here too!

I went into a location near my residence to replace a set of blinds & none of the actual workers were interested in even helping me. I had to walk to the front twice to get help in the section for the blinds & even the 2 different ppl that called over the intercom that help was needed even showed in their facial expressions that I was getting on their nerves. No one ever came to assist me & the workers would walk to the asle, look down the asle & keep walking. I eventually grew tired of waiting & just left because it was very clear that I wasn’t going to get any assistance & honestly seemed a bit racist because every white customer they helped with no problems… I will most definitely retrieve my blinds & future products from Home Depot. I will not go where I don’t feel welcome or accepted.
