I will not actually give it even a star rating . My wife and I were there just this Monday May 18 ,2026 and found this on display beautiful pergola priced around $1900 something and we wanted to get two but no sales employeee nearby or in sight so I started walking towards the check out area and found this young employee and asked him if he could help us with our product inquiry . He told us to fall in line in the return section . I said I am not returning anything , I am purchasing . He didn’t help , he didn’t call anyone, did not explain why he couldn’t be of help and just let me be . While I was walking back to my wife by the Pergola display my wife said “no worries , it’s their loss if no one wants to help , I found the on line site of the very same pergola and selling only $980 . Lowes , your employees are not sales oriented , they are only for “do my working hours , get paid and leave .” I saw the guy again shortly after that and he was assigned in the self checkout section and told him he saved us lots of money by refusing to help us . He was totally clueless and cheerfully responded ,”oh yeah , that’s awesome to hear !” He really thought he did a good job for us and his smile stayed until I said “we were supposed to buy two of those pergolas there but because you gave us no help it gave us a time to search on line where you guys got it and found your $1900 pergola as only $980 . Then he apologized . I said , well , apology good but too late . The employee name tag says DANMAN or DAMAN . It can only be either of this two names and I am sure of it . Keep on training your employees this way Lowes , keep driving buyers away!

This Lowe's is awful. They never answer their phones, so you have to go in to the store to ask any minor question you might have- about inventory or an order you placed, anything- and you would think that by going to the store and talking to one of their employees you would get what you needed but, no! They don't get anything done, either. They'll check their inventory database and say an item is in stock but it's not. They'll say they will have an associate come to help you find it, but then never show up. Which is crazy because they have so many employees walking around. None of them can help you, though, so I'm not sure what they get paid to do. I will likely cancel my Lowe's consumer account and switch to Home Depot for, hopefully, better service.

I've been using this location for almost a year now. I don't plan on dealing with Lowe's again. When picking up online orders, I've had over half my orders pulled wrong. One online order I went to pickup had hundreds of tiles, whoever pulled it placed over 60 tiles loose on a flat cart, at that point I cancelled my order and used a different location. My most recent order I placed online at a different location for delivery. Unfortunately Lowe's transfered my order to be fulfilled by the Pearland location. The order was placed on a Wednesday with an delivery date of the following day but it never arrived. Nobody notified me so I called the store on Friday. I wasted over an hour trying to figure out what happened with my order. After taking with Pearland customer service, I was placed on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back trying to get a store manager on the phone. The customer service person would not get the manager. I tried the pro service phone number, that person wasn't located at the Pearland location but said they would call the store and get things figured out along with having them call me back. I never received a return call from anyone but the order finally showed up Saturday. I can say I am very unhappy with Lowe's. After years of buying from them, I'm ready to cancel my personal and business accounts.

We came to this location looking for an adapter for a grill, and the website showed that it was available for purchase. We spent about an hour trying to get assistance, and during that time there were two employees standing around talking. We asked them for help, and they sent us to another department. When we got there, we were told that they had nothing to do with the grill department and were sent back to the same area. We explained that we had been directed back to the grill section, and the supervisor of that department simply told us that they did not have the item after all. The customer service was truly terrible when it came to helping customers find products. We were asking for assistance to make a purchase—we were not asking for anything for free.

Ordered a Ego blower to be delivered to me from the store. They said that the delivery date would be the 22nd. It didn't show so I called FedEx that Lowes uses and they told me it definitely would be here today the 23rd. No show, so I called and now they say MAYBE 3 days from now. It was shipped to Dallas Texas on the 21st to California and back to Dallas Texas? Same location it was two days ago. Still haven't received it so I don't know maybe it will have to go to New York from Houston then back to me in Houston. I contacted lowes coustermer service and they told me I could go to the store and cancel it so I drove to the store and they told me I have to wait until I receive it then bring it in for my refund. So I call the main coustermer service back and then that person told me the same thing. Told me they couldn't do anything. So my blower is going to be 6 days late and I can't get my money back to get it from somewhere else. I was going to buy a Ego LM2206SP from Lowes but after this runaround I will buy somewhere else. Not sure what happened to coustermer service but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. I hope people read this. Its the only way to respond to the (Owner) response that I got that you can see below. I did contact them had to go through the whole ordeal again just to get the same results I complained about in my review. I asked how to respond to my nonresolve so people could see the response they sent was just to make it look like they care or was willing to work with me. They wanted me to put in another complaint and said it would be in their system. How does that help me? The response you see below the reviews is a snow job. The two people I talked to didn't even understand why I was calling them. I explained that's what they said to do in the reply to my review. Both of them were puzzled and had no idea what to do. But why did they ask me in the response to call???? Good luck if you have any issues with Lowes, they give no effort on your issues.
