STICK TO HOME DEPOT!! THEY ARE CHEAPER OVERALL AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You’re Lucky if you bought appliances that works at Lowe’s Outlet! I would not recommend this outlet. We just wasted a whole weekend, money, time off from work and energy making purchases at this place. Our washing machine unexpectedly gave up. Instead of trying to fix it (which we should have), we went ahead and thought to replace it and come here. We bought a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Rented their truck and hauled all that stuff home to install and later find out the washing machine and the dishwasher are defected. All that time and energy put in the installation to find out the washing machine has issues with the sensor and stops in the middle of the cycle, the lid locks and won’t open with water stuck inside. I called them and they told me to break it open, empty out the water and return it. SMH. Then we installed the dishwasher and it was after midnight to find out that it has a leak at the bottom. When I called them, they said I would have to rent the truck again to haul their broken appliances back. Ugh! These appliances are not just dented and scratches that they claim, they are also broken and still sell them, which they don’t disclose. They expect you to just call the manufacturer to get it fixed since it has a one year warranty. How inconvenient and terrible customer service!!! You buy something that is broken without knowing. I’m soooo frustrated and wished we didn’t come here and read the reviews prior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOWE’S OUTLET UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY TO WASTE!!!! This should be on the news that they sell broken appliances and not inform their customers. Update: Corporate office will not even help. I’ve realized that Lowe’s has terrible customer service and does not care about their customers. Like what their Outlet manager said, “it’s business”. SMH. Unbelievable. What they are doing is ripping customers off and it seems illegal what they are doing by selling defective items and are not informed. Returned these appliances and we will buy at Home Depot instead! Bought at Home Depot and it turned out cheaper for new appliances and freed delivery! I regret coming to this Lowe’s Outlet. Never again with any Lowe’s. Stick to Home Depot.

This store had exactly what we needed and more! After unsuccessfully looking for a range cooktop ourselves, Norma assisted us in finding the very appliance that met all our needs. She was very courteous, nice and patient. At the check out, we were assisted by Cindy who explained the return policy and warranty information. Both ladies were extremely professional and helpful. We will be return customers.

You can find a lot of stuff cheap. A lot of appliances at a good price, like fridges, stoves, washers, and dryers. Some of them have minor dents. They have employees ready to help you by answering questions. Friendly environment and clean store.

We heard about this place through a friend for less expensive appliances than full price. Timing is everything here. Know what you're looking for and have your measurements. Go early, go often. Lowe's delivers for a nominal charge. If you have a Lowe's account, it may come handy, depending on your circumstances.

Unfortunately, I wish I could give this store a higher score, but I can't due to one very glaring deficiency. That's that the resellers & property managers have taken over this store. They come in to buy up a much products as they can to them resell to unsuspecting shoppers elsewhere for huge profits. It's not what this store should be about, & shame on Lowe's for not stopping it. It hurts the average consumer drastically. There's no reason why there shouldn't be a limit of one unit per type (i.e. dryer, washer, refrigerator, etc.) per individual per day enforced. None. The average consumer will never need to buy more than one of each item for a home. How many homes have more than one dryer, washer, refrigerator, cooktop/range, or oven. Extremely few, & those individuals can return the next day to purchase anything additional. I'd have no problem with that at all of I was asked to do that. I've seen the same people in there shopping for resell deals in the few times that I've been there shopping for myself & with family members & friend. Ridiculous! Oh, & I don't blame the resellers (although they should know better) at all. I get it. This is on Lowe's for allowing it to hurt the average consumer shopping for appliances. Shame on Lowe's! BTW, they did set a limit of 6 units per purchase, but that hasn't detoured the resellers from just making multiple purchases. So shame on Lowe's!
