WORST LOCATION. Came to pick up an online order, kept delaying, delayed for two weeks and when it was finally ready for pickup they gave us the wrong one. The box was not labeled so when we opened it and put it together the canopy was the wrong size, they gave us a 5 x 7 when we ordered a 12 x 20! It was for an event that same day and when we came back they didn’t even try to mediate the situation or check if they had anymore, manager just said “oh well, we don’t have it.” No customer service, no remedy on their error.

I am so disappointed in how the store treated my 70-year-old dad. He went in for a new door lock and asked them to price match, since that is what it says on the website. The 1st cashier dismissed him and said that they don't do that. He ended up going to customer service where the employee said they do, but not amazon. He informed her that the website said they did and she continued to state he was wrong and they couldn't do it. He showed her the policy and she said no because it has to be sold directly by Amazon. I called him, told him to show the girl that the amazon price was not from a third party seller and she continued to say it was, citing the company Shlage as the third party. I took a screen shot of the part showing that it's from amazon and one of the company policy on line and she said she had to call the manager. After hearing the manager telling him he needed to see my dad pull it up instead of the picture, I facetimed him and showed him. I’m glad that I was able to help my dad but I can just imagine how they are treating others. I am so disappointed in how three different employees treated a 70-year-old veteran. It seems that Lowes needs to have their employees read the company policy again and educate them on what ageism is.

No service? I have asked three associates to call for assistance in the paint section. I have been here for over 20 minutes. I just need a can of paint mixed. I would do it myself if that was an option. There use to be a ringer attached to this pole to call for assistance. Then somebody would have to come. But I assume they just took it off so they do not have to answer any calls. I did come here for convenience since it is close to me. I did come back and change my review from a one star to a five-star. After waiting a while, a manager named Kyle came and assisted me. I still don't like the fact that I was there for about 40 minutes. Just waiting for someone to make some paint. But the manager Kyle did come apologize. Help me with the paint himself and made sure everything was taken care of.

My elderly parents purchased a refrigerator over a year ago and have had to have it serviced twice since. Two days ago it got “fixed.” Yesterday morning everything was melted again. I decided to help because they were getting the run around by Lowe’s and Assurant. I have since found out they were charged for 2 warranties at the time of purchase. My parents only have a receipt for one. I have tried for 2 days now to get this fixed. I asked for it to be cancelled and they said it would be prorated and assessed an administrative fee. An unknown fraudulent charge of $240 would have a refund of $10. I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail. My parents are in their 80’s and have no patience for automated AI systems. This is no way to treat customers.

I found what I needed. The store was clean and their people were very helpful finding the shade cloth I was looking for.
