Beware of this Lowes location. I order curbside pickup at this store for an Amazon Echo Show 8. When I arrived I check in at space 2. Nobody never came. After 20 mins past, I went to pickup desk and finally got my order. I went to do some others errands and finally got home. Im ready to set up my Show 8. I noticed the sticker on the box weird and not the typical one. I open the box and there was no Show 8 but a pack of nails. No Show 8 no charger the only thing in the box was the nails and instructions. No lie. I rush up to near Lowes at Alamo Ranch. They was no help and said I had to go to the Rim location. On my way there I called them and finally got a hold of someone. Basically to close this post, i was told there will be an investigation and I will hear something in a few days. Im going to call corporate tomorrow to press the issue. My card has been charged and this is larceny of my item that I purchased. Please if anybody gets an item from Lowes please check it for tampering and open it. There is a thief stealing people property.

We were on the hunt for a 12,000 BTU portable A/C unit. First we stopped at the Lowe's in the Rim and they said they didn't have one in stock but the store on Callaghan shows a few in stock. Once in the Callaghan store, we located the units but it was up high in physical stock. Next, we had to find someone to arrange to have it removed from the shelf. This can be the frustrating part - finding an employee. We walked back towards the customer service desk and found a manager. I told him we were in a bit of a hurry and he said it would take a bit to close off the aisle and get a forklift to get it down and asked if we could come back. He said the system would text me when it was ready for pickup. A couple of hours later, I received the text and I returned to the store and it was correct. The gal in the Pick-up area was very friendly.

Called in at 5:03 PM CST to ask if the had Glass sheets in stock that they could cut. The first associate to answer after the ridiculous AI agent knew the correct answer and provided accurate information and details. I informed the associate I would be in store in less than 5 minutes. Upon entering the store on the Pro side I asked someone be paged to aid my glass cutting. An associate was paged I waited 15 minutes and received no assistance, I grabbed an associate in Doors and windows as they walked back and they happily called/paged another associate to help me. I again waited 15 minutes before calling the store again and reaching a live person after the ridiculous AI agent. The associate said she was paging another associate. I waited another 15 minutes and left the store. Lack of personnel to provide the services you offer is flat out poor customer service. Over promise and under deliver. Such a fall from Grace. Good luck in your next year.

Honestly, I expected better. Maybe that’s my fault for setting above average expectations. But when I, a middle aged woman purchases a rolling tool cart online, gets to the store for her curbside pick up and 2 boys that bring out the tool cart fully assembled and leave me in the parking lot to disassemble the item myself so it can fit in my car. That really makes a person feel under valued. I’m not one to expect a lot from anyone, but I at least thought people, especially in customer service had common decency. The boys did attempt to fit the cart every which way into my car with no luck. I waited for one of them to say “I’ll be right back with some tools ma’am” nope they just stood there. So I started to disassemble it myself. At this point I’m upset and disappointed because that was my gift to myself. It meant a lot to me to do that for myself. I gave up and called the store. The young man that came out was so kind and understanding. So was the young woman at the return desk. They didn’t brush me off or hurry me out the door. Their sincerity of the situation says a lot about their character. For that I’m grateful. The other 2 boys however, they’re young, nothing more training couldn’t fix. I hope.

I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator. My husband didn't like it because it was too small and didn't have a lock. Lowes picked it up but now they are charging my credit card for it. I have called twice about it. I don't want to pay for something that was returned and I don't know what to do about it. The pickup people didn't leave a receipt. Lowes contracts with another company to deliver and pickup. They probably have stolen both the return refrigerator and my old refrigerator because Lowes never put the the return in the computer.
