This a review for the company itself not the employees. I purchased a refrigerator which I had to wait 4 days to have delivered, only for it to have a factory defect. They took it back told me the earliest they could bring a new one was in 2 more days. So...I called the delivery place as well as corporate and spent about an hour trying to get them to make it right. Of course, they did nothing. They just read the teleprompter until you get tired of complaining that they don't have quality assurance or even basic manners. This giant corporation is one of many that literally don't care about your satisfaction. This is just a reminder that Lowe's doesn't need your money or your business, because there aren't many other options to buy affordable appliances. Lowes policy is suck it up! You don't have a choice. I ended up ordering something directly from Frigidaire. To be honest, I don't really expect any better service. It doesn't even have a one year free warranty. I guess it's just time we realize we are mostly at the mercy of big corporations and it's sad.

Associate YOLANDA was very professional and went above and beyond in all departments to assist with what we need, she even went as far to helping us load nine 30lb boxes into our car. Seemed like she was running the whole store by herself. Best customer service received by her at this location.

BEWARE OF FRANK!! Self check out clerk Frank is super rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Scanner did not recognize sale item and he said there was nothing he could do for me. I requested a manger and he said "go ahead, go get a manager, they are all over the place... GO" never did he call a manager just walked off to assist another customer while I waited for 15 minutes. Avoid this store at all cost!!

I want to let everyone one know how helpful Jesus was for me. I went in there to get a copy of my house. I had one of those designed key you buy at the minute key. He worked on it for over 30 minutes. He was so respectful and political not being a to make my copy. If you ever need assistance. Go see him. He's the Lowes on Perrin Beitel and HarryWurzbach

Usually this place is great, this morning I couldn't find anyone to help. I went aisle by aisle no own was found we waited for 30 minutes to get some help cutting wood. No one showed up. We asked two different cashiers and both said help was coming, still nothing. Finally, as we were leaving we saw a meeting of about 10 to 15 employee laughing and enjoying their morning. Thanks guys I guess five minutes of your time was too much to ask.
