I went to Lowe’s yesterday with my two boys to get paint. I was super impressed with David in the paint department. My boys were really interested in the machine that mixed the paint. He was very patient and kind in answering their questions and letting them see the machine. I really appreciated the amazing customer service that he provided not only to me, but to my 7 and 9 year old boys as well.

The employees on the return section ignored me for over 30 minutes until I ask one of the employees if they only have one register for returns, then one of the employees processed the return

Service here is usuall bad. Long waits, bad staff attitude, no politeness at all.

Purchased defective washer. Would've been nice to know there's 48 hr return on appliances. Lucky for me I didn't procrastinate and returned same day. Went to home depot afterwards and purchased washer with dryer thanks to great service from attendant. 1st thing he did was hand me paper to sign acknowledging 48 hr policy. What a difference.

The pro desk is always very helpful whenever I come to this store. The individuals there have good attitudes and typically go above and beyond.
