In all honesty corporations are all going the route of robot. Skeleton crews are always stretched very thin so customer service will always suffer. As long as you have done your homework and know exactly what you are looking for you will be okay. If you don’t and need to ask for help be prepared to wait until an associate can make their way to you. Even then they might be as clueless as you. The men’s restroom is always having issues with it being dirty and toilets broken sinks not able to wash your hands right no soap. Maybe go out on the floor and get what you sell to fix up the place.

My father, whos a retired veteran and I came to buy alot of kitchen cabinets. We called for help 4 times, workers passed by watching us carry the boxes down and none bothered to help or ask of we needed help. After waiting for over an hour no one ever came to help us. So we decided to leave and go elsewhere. If you check the cameras, you'll see us waiting around and carrying heavy boxes odd the shelf

The sell agents are amazing. The business policies are garbage. Recently they remove the pro discount forcing me to go to homedepot or another store to make my construction purchases. They add stupid as coffee

Worst service ever !
