This is not your average Lowe’s. It is clean, well kept, the staff is nice and they try to give you a good experience. Went in and saw a sale on some lawn mowers and picked up a new Milwaukee drill. They were in fresh stock of the screws and pvc pipe that I needed as well. I can always count on Lowe’s to have the materials that I need to get my remodels done!

I got my new dishwasher from Lowe's. Not a lot of employees so it's hard to find someone to help. The deals are solid though when they have the holiday sales. It's also cleaner and more well lit than Home Depot. It feels more friendly for the DIYer.

When I want to remodel my home with more detail, I like to shop at Lowe’s, which is better than Home Depot. This Lowe’s in West Sacramento is one of the stores I like. This store has more items in stock and is less crowded than the other Lowe’s in the Sacramento area. The store is nice and clean, and the people working there are helpful.

Allen and Clarence both helped me out on the floor today and were absolutely amazing. Super accommodating to my needs and what I was looking for. Not only did they really take the time to help me, but they also explained to me my options in product protection. Overall, I achieved two things: scored a great deal and also had a great interaction with the associates. Will definitely come back again for all my home needs. 10/10

Michael in the hardware department was amazingly helpful! My daughter and her friend are working on a large 3D sculpture piece for a community project. They showed Michael a sketch of their ideas and he walked them through the store and helped them find all the things they would need to make their vision come to life and talked them through some possible stability challenges their design would likely have and helped them come up with a much better idea! This was above and beyond our expectations for service! I felt like he felt somehow invested in their project’s success and that’s truly heartwarming. Thank you!
