Fred from the tools department made my 85-year-old grandpa’s birthday shopping spree so much easier and more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help us find everything my grandpa was looking for, even walking us out from the nursery section to make sure we had what we needed. We are so grateful for his kindness and patience. My grandpa can be a bit challenging at times, but Fred handled everything with such understanding and care—it was truly remarkable. Thank you, Fred, for your excellent service!

I love Lowe's, it's great!!! I love creating and working with my hands that's why, I love going to Lowe's, you can find so many things there, from seasonal things, to cleaning things, to gardening and glue. My son and I are starting gardening so I went to get some plants that I can replant to grow and dirt and a pretty pot. But I always to way to much. So I left there $160.00 later. Lol. Crazy. Until next time. Oh, I didn't mention employees because they were no where around to help. That's sad.🥺

Horrible experience. This is why stores get closed down. The customer service was not there. I waited for over an hour for help. Nobody came to help me. I asked for help multiple times they called no one help'd I end up finding I think what I needed might not be the right part. We'll take it back if it's not right. This is why people order on Amazon and this is why stores does not get support. It would have been easier for me to just order all the stuff on amazon five minutes and I wouldn't have been done.Prime example also there was workers laughing and joking in walking past me which was very crazy I hope the store gets closed down might as well nobody's working any way also home depot. Customer service is way way better. There's always somebody around.I will be going to home depot in amazon for now on

I ordered an appliance for pick-up within 3 hrs bc mine broke n I needed an immediate replacement. 4 hrs have passed n have heard nothing about pickup. When I called to ask about it they told me they have only one person fulfilling orders and they don’t know when mine will be ready. They were not able/willing to help me in any shape or form and their store manager refused to answer my phone call when I asked to be transferred to them.

I love Lowe's. It's one of my favorite stores. But they don't do project cuts anymore. I had to do it myself with a hand-saw. Not ok Lowe's! But I made something cool with Lowes gutters that i cut myself.
