I had a really great experience at the East San Jose Lowe’s and wanted to share my appreciation. I stopped by to ask about a donation for our school, and even though I wasn’t making a purchase that day, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. A special shoutout to James, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and approachable, which made a big difference. It can sometimes feel a little intimidating to ask for support in these situations, but James made it such a comfortable and positive experience. I truly appreciate the time and care he showed, and it speaks volumes about the kind of customer service this store provides. Thank you again!

The freight company that Lowe's uses to deliver products to job sites is completely worthless... Leaves you hanging, holds the job up... Store is understaffed like all lowes stores ... They make it impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone to coordinate deliveries... And then to top it off they leave me some automated reply saying how much they care and how professional they are.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Typical corporate BS.... If you really cared you wouldn't just give me the runaround with some phone number to call and automated line... You would actually have a manager contact me who can actually make things happen... But nobody really cares... I still have a pallet of gray cap stones that were delivered to my job site and we're supposed to be picked up two weeks ago! Because they delivered the wrong color... Nobody's picked them up yet and they're still just sitting there. Now we're finished with the job and I'm going to have to haul the pallet myself and pay my crew to load it up by hand and deliver it back to Lowe's for a return.... Not to mention I've already paid My guys to wait around for the delivery company to pick up this pallet of Miss delivered blocks twice and they just left us hanging no show no call..... Complete flakes...

Horrible service, the manager Bunny was extremely rude when I was trying to process a hassle free lifetime warranty item, which I had done so previously. I was told by another associate that I can call cobalt and cobalt told me that I can take my product without a receipt or a box and have it replaced at Lowe’s hasslefree. So far it’s been an extreme hassle. I spent a lot of time on the phone and personally do not plan to shop at Lowe’s anymore rather take business to The Home Depot after this experience.
