My mom and I are incredibly grateful for the team at this location. She was recently the victim of a devastating elder fraud scam and was coerced into buying $10,000 worth of gift cards. When we came into the store, she was understandably distraught. I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was in listening to, guiding, and comforting us. They were professional, honest, and deeply empathetic. While we knew the rules were strict, the staff was upfront so as to not give us false hope, while still ensuring we felt completely supported. Numerous folks were helpful, but we truly hope management can give special recognition to the outstanding individuals who guided us through the process: Erica, Ruby, Christine, Crystal, and the tall young man working in the returns department who was exceptionally comforting to my mom. We applaud this store for creating a customer-centric workplace where teamwork and genuine human kindness are so clearly on display. A positive environment like this doesn’t just happen by accident—it is carefully cultivated and nurtured by excellent leadership. Thank you all so much.

This is the best hardware store around the area. Sophia helped me many times to get parts for my kitchen faucet. Due to the size inside the faucet, I had to buy and return a couple of times. She always showed profession. I gave the store, the manager and representatives a thumbs up and 5 stars to show my respect.

Helped my son purchase a dishwasher along with other appliances at the end of 2025. The dishwasher did not match the other appliances, so my son ordered another one separately — a more expensive model that matched. The original dishwasher was picked up the same day the upgraded dishwasher was delivered. To this day, I have not been able to get a refund to my credit card. I have called the delivery team (at least they answer the phone). They informed me that a message was sent to the management team in San Jose, but suggested I also try calling the store directly — nobody ever answers the phone! It’s insane. Weeks/Months have passed and still nothing. I was able to get the store manager’s email and sent a message two weeks ago, but I never received a response. HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?! This is crazy, not to mention the interest charges adding up. I also tried filing a claim with my credit card company, but it was denied. We even have video proof of the unit being picked up.

I shop at the garden center once or twice a week so it’s a given some of the staff recognize me (Andre haha) I would like to compliment Andre for ALWAYS helping me out with finding the right deals for plants! Thank you so much! I will always come back to this Lowe’s because of you and the rest of the garden staff, (manager and the many other employees that have assisted me) you guys are doing a wonderful job. Also thanks Lilly- for ringing me up and being so sweet!
