This is an Okay Home Improvement store as long as you don't ever need help. I have used this store on numerous occasions. As long as I don't need help it is ok. Unfortunately a few times I did need assistance and can tell you their help is subpar, this is an area they really need to work on. In short, as long as you can find what you need on your own it will be an average shopping experience, if you need help, it will quickly turn into a below average experience.

Vanessa was very helpful when I had to return my products, there were 3 other people at the return desk but she was the only one taking care of the 3 people who were waiting to return their items. The other people did not do much and Vanessa was easy to talk to and did not have any problems with my return, it was easy to find it with my credit card. As for picking up my products, the application made it easy to find them since it showed me on where exactly they were in the store. Nobody else offered to help even at checkout but I did not need any help so I was ok on this visit. There is plenty of parking. The store was clean and it was easy to find the products I was looking for. They have convenient hours. Easy to checkout Lowes also offers plenty of promotions all year long.

Probably one of the worst home improvement stores in the area. It's hard to tell if it's even open from the outside...no windows, no character to the building, literally no signage from the street. Had a return that they couldn't get to work even though I had a valid online order for it, think they had to manually put it through in the end. Had some rewards to use so did some shopping after the return and was having trouble finding what I was needing. Not a single employee around to help. I looked up and down multiple aisles. No one around and I was trying to piece together PVC pipe for a good 30 minutes! Went next door to Home Depot and it was night and day difference. Easy return and employees everywhere, had 3 of them ask if I needed help with anything! This isn't my preferred area to shop but when I'm in this area next I'll be choosing the Home Depot over returning to this Lowe's.

It's great that Lowe's make customers feel safe by having security around the store but I just won't allow disrespect. Literally I Just walked out of the store at the Brickyard to make a new set of keys. Key station its by the self check out so no need to walk that far. Well the guy by the front door was standing there the whole time just watching me and trying to look normal almost breathing on my neck it's uncomfortable to have someone on top of you while you're in a rush trying to get going. By the time I walked out with my keys by the way he gave me the nastiest look out of the corner of his eye its not fair the machine gives you the keys I was the the whole time I spent in the store I am not a thief. Meanwhile the real ones walk in and out like nothing I am Hispanic and honestly I can say I was profiled by this guy targeted I felt super uncomfortable unbelievable no respect.

I came in to look at the indoor outdoor carpets at your store. After asking 3 employees for help. They all told me that the carpet guy was out today, and they didn’t know anything about the department. I asked to speak to the a manager. She called Paul on the walkie he was in a meeting and refused to come out to talk with me. This area of the store was filthy, disorganized and all the displays for the carpet area were missing. What is going on at this place if you can’t help the customer at least have the display so I can read the information for the product. Lowe’s you need to get this store a manager that can get his tail out of the office to train, clean and organize the store. Sitting in the back doesn’t provide the help that a customer needs. I wasted my time driving out to your store for nothing.
