Lowe’s is a solid place to pick up tools, hardware, and home‑improvement supplies, and when things go smoothly, the store can be really convenient. The layout is easy to navigate, and they usually have what you need in stock. Some employees are genuinely helpful and go out of their way to assist, which makes a big difference. But the experience isn’t always consistent. Depending on the day, you might run into long waits, trouble finding staff, or confusion around pickup orders. Customer service can be hit‑or‑miss — sometimes great, sometimes frustrating. It’s not a bad store by any means, just not always reliable. Overall, Lowe’s gets the job done, but the inconsistency keeps it at three stars.

Thanks to Lowe’s I was able to purchase my new washer and dryer with ease. Shout out to Mr. Robert for helping me with my purchase as well as set up my home delivery 🚚 📦 option! I received my order in a matter of days as well as got $100 off selected brands! The delivery was in a matter of days and the gentlemen that delivered my order set up everything with no problems! Life is so much sweeter with my new appliances thanks so much for everything! I highly recommend this location!

I had been running through loops trying to return or exchange a manufacturer defective pressure washer FOR 3 MONTHS. The ladies at the customer service desk had to spend 45 minutes to figure out how to process it correctly but they didn't give up and I'm so thankful. Ended up gladly buying another brand at Lowe's that was more expensive.

The medical park has plenty of parking which includes plenty of handicapped parking. The entire facility is always spotless. The employees working the information desks and the checkin/registration desks are always very helpful and polite.
