Stopped by to pick up some supplies and needed some help finding these things. I stopped Mike S and he was so helpful, not only taking me to find each item, giving me some advice, but also took time to tell me more about a Security screen door by Larson that could be customized. He even offered to put a quick estimate together. He made my trip quicker , pleasant and allowed me to get on with my day! Thank you, Mike for your great customer service!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent same-day delivery order. I ordered a fan and, instead of receiving the item I purchased, I was delivered a gardening spray. After spending a significant amount of time speaking with multiple representatives and being placed on hold repeatedly, arrangements were finally made to retrieve the incorrect item and deliver the correct one. The incorrect item was picked up as scheduled. However, when the replacement delivery arrived, the same incorrect item that had just been retrieved was delivered to me again. At that point, after multiple delivery errors, excessive delays, and countless transfers and hold times, I requested a refund because I no longer had confidence that my order would be fulfilled correctly. While I did eventually receive the fan, the overall experience was unacceptable. I received the wrong item on two separate occasions, spent approximately 45 minutes on hold trying to resolve the issue, and was even hung up on during the process. On one occasion, I remained on hold waiting for assistance and ultimately had to disconnect the call myself because no one ever returned to the line. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern shown by some of the customer service representatives and supervisors I spoke with. Rather than feeling like my issue was being taken seriously, I was left feeling as though I was an inconvenience and that resolving my order was not a priority. I would also like to acknowledge that the best customer service I received throughout this entire experience came from OneRail. The delivery personnel were professional, responsive, and helpful when addressing the delivery issues. They did their best to assist and communicate throughout the process. Unfortunately, that same level of service was not reflected in my interactions with Lowe's customer support. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that consideration be given to a courtesy credit, gift card, or other form of compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor customer experience. I appreciate finally receiving the item I ordered, but the level of service I experienced fell far below what should be expected from a same-day delivery order. As a customer, I should not have had to spend hours resolving repeated delivery mistakes that were not my own. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.

Simple return. Waited at the counter the employee walks to the register and looks at me funny. I asked her if she was ready for me and she shot me a look of Duh! I said well you didn't say anything. She said I don't have to. Why do you put these people in customer service? I gave a 2 because the lady in the garden dept watering the plants was more than pleasant.

I had a delivery of dry van freight to this store, And delivery went a lot better than expected!!, I checked in 30mins before my appointment, Behind the store and they came out and cut my seal off the trailer, Put me in a door and began to unload my trailer,After unloading they knocked on the trailer and I pulled back behind the store and got my paperwork, I was also able to overnight park the night before.

A worker came over to the register where I was checking myself out , got all up in my personal space and pushed the ‘no donation’ button as if I couldn’t handle the transaction by myself. I spoke to the manager and he said they were supposed to do that. I will not be shopping there anymore. I took the worker’s picture and put her in my HARASSERS album which is what I’m going to do every time from now on when harassers insist on acting aggressively towards me. It’s getting more and more ridiculous.
