Always an excellent experience. Every time I walk into the store, I’m greeted with a smile and someone who is always willing to help. Today, we were on the search for missing pieces to complete our paver patio. Corey from the Lowe’s Pro department truly went above and beyond. It wasn’t obvious where the pavers were located in the store and he went on a hunt for me. His communication was excellent and even called me to follow up twice later on in the day. All of the guys at this store truly put in 110%. My husband and I love visiting this Lowe’s compared to all of the other stores in the area! Good job to the hiring committee!

Worst service ever. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's on May 25 and paid for installation. The installation was scheduled for June 2, but no one showed up. No phone call, no email, and no explanation. Getting help was just as frustrating. I spent a long time on hold before finally reaching customer service, only to be transferred around and told the earliest available installation date was June 12. I was promised a callback from a agent, but nobody ever called. After this experience, I started reading other reviews and was shocked to see that missed installation appointments and poor communication seem to be a recurring problem. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident. What is even more disappointing is that Lowe's does not appear to take these complaints seriously or make any real effort to resolve them. Customers pay for products and services in good faith, yet their time, inconvenience, and concerns seem to be ignored. Lowe's had no problem taking my money, but when it came time to deliver the service, they failed completely. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. If this is a known problem that keeps happening, Lowe's management needs to step up and start putting customers' interests first instead of leaving them to deal with broken promises and endless delays. I would not recommend Lowe's appliance purchase and installation services to anyone.

Place has a garden center attached to main building packed full and just as high as the inside racks. Every kind off top soil fertilizer mulch great sales and employees are Very helpful especially when you buy something to heavy to lift yourself they have someone assist and put it into the trunk for me! Can’t tell you how much easier you make my life and my plants 🌱 are really happy and doing well see pics of after I went to Lowe’s.

I like the location and the people are usually friendly. Reason for 2 stars. Lowes owns their pants so they do not care for them at all. They let them die in the store, no proper treatment of the plants. What is worse is that they won't even discount dieing plants. Their flower and plant area is the worst but to not even give the chance for customers to see if they can save these plants is pretty sad. Lowes needs to do better. I walked this Lowes and the amount of dead plants, dieing plants, and infected plants they have and they are allowing them to just rot is insane. I offered one manager to buy 2 full boxes of dead terrarium pants, how can you kill moss? That's how bad it is, dusty boxes in a corner. They had maybe about $10 worth of glass and $2 worth of rope. Plants were all dead, could not be saved and they preferred to place and leave the dusty boxes on the floor and not sell them at a lower price. That's why Home Depot just stays being better when it comes to the gardening area at least.

Worst service ever. I asked the associate if they would price match another big box retailer and he said they did, called the supervisor for a code and then he stated they dont price match everyone, only home depot which is not what is stated on the Lowe's website, per the website; they dont limit which big box retailers they price match. I needed the part so I was like fine, then the item rang for the wrong price, another supervisor came and told me I had to show him that the scanner had the wrong price by having me walk to the aile to show them the sticker price which was marketed with a giant sign. He then rips all the tags and tells me he will fix it, then we walk back to the register. Store employees make up their own rules instead of following company policy. I will avoid going to this store from now on.
