Had to have 2 storm doors replaced and bought 2 storm doors from Lowe's Saugus July 2025... was told they will install when both doors come in. Things start to get bad from here.... there was a miss measure of one door, 2nd door was placed, but then had a horrid leak, had to wait several weeks to get that fixed and apprarently they didnt put sealant. Took many phone calls to get other door re-ordered. 2nd attempt to fix it, they came to my house, thought the door was delivered to my house, so then had to reschedule again as they didnt have the door. They finally brought the door today and upon opening the box it was all banged up so yet again have to do another re-order. There has been poor communication the entire way and I have had to reach out multiple times and very rarely has been contacted by Lowe's and this has been one of the most frustrating house projects I've had to deal with. Still haven't gotten a call from them today. Super close to returning the door and going elsewhere.

Horrible experience, refuse to price match, never go back again. I have been buying from Lowe’s since 2011. Did 4 renovations and all the tools and parts all from Lowe’s. But today I was trying to do price match on a circulator pump. Home Depot was $50 cheaper, but I have Lowe’s credit card. So I figure if they do price match I would just buy it from Lowe’s. But Andrew, one of the managers refused to match it. First he told me the model number was off by a digit. But it’s literally the same pump. And then I showed them even lower price on Amazon. But he claimed it wasn’t sold by Amazon. I told him but it is shipped by Amazon. He said that doesn’t count. Then I found one at Walmart.com and he then told me they don’t have it in stock. He definitely knows the game, trained not to honor any price match. I asked to speak to upper manager, lady Linda came in and said no, another manager Ben came over didn’t even look. He just said no before checking anything. Very bad attitude. As I was leaving, as soon as I turned my face. He laughed at me. I turned back and said that’s not nice. He didn’t even have the balls to admit that he laughed. Bad culture, Stay away from them.

Today we purchased a dishwasher from the Saugus store. We wanted to give Sid a huge shoutout for being kind, caring and so helpful. Sid has excellent customer service skills and was beyond helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and was so willing to go that extra mile. Thanks again Sid!!! We appreciate you!

I recently got scammed out of $100, from a lowes survey from their receipt. I went to the website from the receipt, filled out the survey, the the website said call this number, which I did, and a person answered lowes, you won a $500 g.c. then they had me going to google play to get my g.c. I had to charge a $100 to my discover card, only because Google would only take up to $100...Lucky for me. And I thought it was strange and said why can't you just put it on my lowes card, they said oh you can just transfer it after..ok...I said I better not be charged for this, they said oh no you definitely won't be charged. Mind u this is a lowes receipt,their website and phone # I called. And the recipient was lowes credit card activation services!!! So I called lowes about this and they apologized and that's it. What about the $100 I got scammed out of? This should be on them...not me! I have called them numerous times, to no avail. Buyer beware!!!!

$5,100 Door Disaster – Don’t Trust Lowe’s or East Coast Millwork Paid $5,100 for a custom exterior door through Lowe’s, installed by East Coast Millwork. It’s been nothing short of a disaster. Before installation, East Coast Millwork admitted the door was damaged and told me to contact Lowe’s. After I did, they lied and denied it, leaving me stuck between two companies pointing fingers. The workmanship speaks for itself — sloppy caulking that washed away after one rain, visible plugs and screws all over the molding, scuffed panels, dents, mismatched brass hinges, and a screen door that doesn’t close or seal properly. The door came only primed, not factory-painted as ordered, with uneven color and finish. I waited six months for this door after Lowe’s originally placed the wrong order — and this is what arrived. Consumers deserve better than being misled, overcharged, and handed subpar work. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. Companies like this shouldn’t be able to keep doing business this way
