Annie Crotto a month agoThis Lowe’s doesn’t know how to hire a person that cares. We waited to return something for 10 minutes before anyone walked up and asked to help us then a man walked up and got helped before us while we had been standing here waiting. Two men that “work” here stood behind us the whole time chatting away, not giving a care in the world about the customers in front of them. Wild experience. Will never return to this location and i do a lot of home renovations.
Keith Almond 7 months agoRecently I needed some assistance with a home improvement project involving vinyl siding so I went to the Lowes nearest to me and I’m glad I did. I went to the Pro Services Desk and was assisted by a most helpful employee Miranda. She listened to my needs and made the best suggestions for me to complete my project. Miranda went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed and was polite, professional and pleasant to work with. It makes these home improvement projects so much more manageable when we have a little encouragement along the way. Thank you Lowes for having an employee like Miranda.
Jeffrey S a month agoI'm a contractor so I live at Lowes on a daily basis. This is probably my favorite lowes to go to in the Triangle. I can always find pro parking up close, the employees are super friendly and helpful. My favorite pro desk by far. Very easy to get in and out of quickly which I rely on every day. The only reason I gave it a 3 and not a 5 is that they are constantly out of stock on items that make me shake my head. GoBoard and/or sealant, stock paver stone, pvc trim boards, pine boards. 3 times in the last 3 weeks I've wasted hours of my life going in to find them completely out of stock on stock items. Then having to drive the 25 minutes to capital to find the item. We're not asking for special order items here and we're not in a pandemic - you have no excuse. Us contractors need you to get better.

Now, it seems I’m doing the digital equivalent of banging on the ticket booth window at a show that’s already started! And let’s not even get started on the BOPIS parking wars. There I am, ready to snag my goodies, only to find the designated spaces occupied by luxury cars that seem to believe they are entitled to a VIP experience, just because their owners can afford five different shades of the same overpriced sedan. It’s as if these cars come with a "No Rules Apply" clause, while I, the diligent shopper, am left to navigate a parking lot game of Frogger. I can't help but wonder if this lack of parking enforcement is some diabolical plot to channel the energy of all us well-meaning customers into spontaneous cardio workouts. Meanwhile, those overly ambitious luxury-car drivers are not just parking inappropriately — they’re flirting with the dark side by tempting fate with potential dash-and-grab incidents. Seriously, if my coffee tables had a ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ moment, it would be watching these drivers pull a heist while I’m left holding the bag… literally. In a world where BOPIS should be a hallmark of customer service, it feels more like a game of “Will I or Won’t I?” rather than a reliable retail experience. Store management could sure use a refresher on enforcing parking rules, or at least a meeting where they can share a laugh about how they’ve inadvertently sparked a new genre of comedic retail drama. Until then, I’ll keep checking my app — just don’t expect me to leave my home without a map and a plan of attack!
P S a month agoWhy do the employees at this store, with the exception of a couple, not care about customer service? They stand around talking amongst themselves and not ask to help you. This is even when I stand there and try to get someone's attention. Then, like this morning, in the building supply department, when I finally got someone to ask a question to, he acted frantic like he had to get me over with rushed off and that was it. Turns out he gave me wrong information, as what he recommended was not what I should use. As a rule here, with the exception of a couple of employees, they do everything the can to avoid helping the customers. This is coming from a long time customer here who shops here multiple times a week at least and spends a lot of money here.
