I buy my houseplants at this Lowe's. They are well taken care of and they have a nice variety. The employees are so nice!

Very disappointed with Lowe's. I placed an online order for a new Bosch dishwasher on April 5 for local delivery. It was originally anticipated to arrive in a couple weeks. Fine, even though my dishwasher was broken. A few days later I received notice that it was delayed until mid May. While out of the country last week I received notice that the order was ready for pickup by May 26. I called to extend the pickup by 3 days which was confirmed by text and email. Suddenly, today May 24th I received a text indicating the order was canceled. I called customer service, which was no help. I waited multiple times, spending nearly an hour on the phone, with no solution or coherent explanation. She offered two non-solutions, even after confirming that the dishwasher was at the store and my card had been charged. Simply unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with Lowe's anymore..

Bought a small microwave that I ended up not needing. Bought it online. Returned it to this store. I am handicapped and have a hard time standing. I was in and out of there so quickly I couldn't believe it! Mary took care of me with my phone number and made the whole transaction very smooth. She was extremely Pleasant! Kudos to Lowe's Westgate!

I recently had a fence installed. Sales person (Anthony) sent a general contract stating I indicated the paint on the existing fence was there when purchasing home. After several emails and text messages, he didn't send anything else. On top of no real contract sent the sales manager at the Rocky River store (Mike) is indicating the contract states (what contract?) I can't get a refund for unused products of which they over ordered. As well as in Lowe's installation expectations document, it indicates the dirt should be put back into the post, and RE Connors Construction indicated they don't do that. It's an extra charge. Anthony's pitch to get the sale indicated it would be extra dirt left but nothing about extra fencing and cement materials. Anthony was not good at communicating with me. Someone from the installation department called 2 times and indicated she would be the person going through the rest of the process with me, but I didn't hear anything from her after 2 calls. I sent pictures of leftover items to Anthony (salesperson) via text as requested and no response. There's at least $600 of extra materials left. Two days later, I decided to call the installation department, and he made no notes in the system about the pick-up or it being so much extras leftover. **Update with the help from Amanda from corporate office customer care email and the installation department. I was supposed to receive a refund for the unused materials 10 days ago which was supposed to be processed by Mr. Corey materials manager at the store. However, 10 days later no refund in site. Now today (8/20/25) I was told refund would be processed by Mr. Dylan today and I'm supposed to wait another 3-10 business days for it to show up. The driver who picked up extras materials indicated he knew when delivering it was too much. How was the extra materials going to be used? (Sold or taken) which was enough leftover for another installation. I've been patient long enough.

The absolute only reason I am leaving a 5-star review is because of one employee, Scott. I was met with very dismissive employees in the customer service area. I stood there and decided I was going to run up the street to your competitor and take my business elsewhere. I walked back to the aisle to return my items and head out. While there, Scott happened to be walking by and greeted me with a smile, asking if there was anything he could help me with. At the same moment, I noticed another item on the shelf and asked a question. His warm, genuine tone instantly calmed my annoyance, and I decided to make another purchase. He asked about what I was buying, connected it to the recent storms, and then offered to take me to complete my transaction. I am not someone who leaves many reviews, but working in hospitality myself, Scott is the epitome of great service and deserves recognition. Thank you, my friend.
