They always have what I need. I would have given them 5 stars if their employees were more pleasant. They'll answer a question if asked and not be rude about it, but if you're not forcing them to speak, they're definitely not wasting a second of their day to smile/speak in passing or at the registers.

Fantastic customer service; the staff is friendly & happy to assist. Wide selection and a clean well-organized store. Shop in-person or order online for pick-up or delivery. They have a nice rewards program that's easy to access and you get cash rewards. Their app makes shopping a breeze, too. Fantastic garden center. & seasonal in additionto all the hardware! Loads of tools & they even sell clothes.

If I could give Lowe's 0 stars I would. They ruined my family's Christmas dinner. I ordered a new fridge and washer on December 3rd. I was told that week my delivery wouldn't be delivered until December 24th between 8am to 8:00pm. I received a phone call at 8:33am yesterday confirming my delivery. I tried to call back that number to confirm the delivery was placed on hold for an hour. I did receive confirmation from the website, online chat and text message. Wake up this morning to track my message to only be told it now won't be delivered until JANUARY 8th!! So now I can't make a Christmas dinner for my family. I definitely do not recommend using Lowe's to anyone looking to buy new appliances.

Did you know that while scheduling a delivery it is not guaranteed you will actually have it delivered? Lowe’s contracts Uber and DoorDash for even very large deliveries and even after paying upfront for that service, there is possibility no one will pick it up. I had no idea and was informed I will receive some communication on my scheduled day, shortly before delivery. Instead, I’ve received an email from Lowe’s that my delivery is expected between 8am and 8pm. I’ve been patiently waiting but decided the same store I’ve made my purchase at and ask for an update. And I’ve learned about the Uber/DoorDash arrangement. And no accountability from Lowe’s who already charged me for that delivery. So do yourself a favor and go extra mile for finding someone with the truck who will be able to help you. I will try my best to find one too.

I will not make the mistake of ordering doors through them again. Unreliable and no recourse for their bad service. I believe I was deceived during my purchase and now my project will be held up until they get their act together or I just cancel the order and find someone more reliable.
