The tall lady in the paint aisle always helps me out no problem shout out to her… I wish I got her name, And if anybody’s curious that works at Lowe’s. She’s on the clock today which is Monday, May 11 2026 2:30 pm…. she will go out of her way to help you and before anybody says that’s her job you need to understand something some people just genuinely don’t wanna help and even when you’re asking for help they don’t even wanna look at you when they speak They just keep stacking the stuff in front of them. And God forbid you Ask somebody you see in an aisle away from the item you need, the first thing they’re gonna say is I don’t work that section 👌 anyway I’m going On the rant. Five stars to her good workers are hard to find

After my third visit to the Holland Road location I decided to check the reviews and lowe (pun intended) and behold the sentiments are mostly the same, the staff needs work. Not all are bad, I've received help but mostly I have to chase down an employee for assistance, they're trying not to make eye contact, deep sighs and eye rolls! I guess we're all supposed to know the lay of the Lowe's mall and exactly where and what we need when we arrive. We are forbade to ask for specs, it's frowned upon. Do better

Check any Amana appliance delivered from Lowes inside and out! Bought a brand-new Amana Gas Range from Lowes. When it was delivered it looked perfect. But when serviceman came to hook it up, we found it missing one rack for the oven and also the rack for the broiler. Lowes gave me the phone number for Amana Warranty Assistance. Warranty Assistance wanted pictures of my receipt, and the Model number/serial number placards from the stove, which I provided. But they then said that since I got such a good deal and low price from Lowes, that I did not qualify for the warranty. And that I would have to pay for the missing parts myself. I then waited over an hour on the phone to speak to the parts department, with no answer.

I went to the Holland road Lowe's looking for a weed eater speed head and couldn't find it; the lady working that section went all out trying to help me find what I needed; row after row, she climbed that ladder thingy to the top and moved boxes to search behind them to no avail, but then she called the other Lowe's until she found what I needed to continue my work..I really wish that I had asked her name..she saved my work day.

I placed a online order on Dec 22 for a job that is in progress and on a deadline I decided to go through Lowe’s at the time because of the estimated arrival of my product so I placed the order and oddly there was 3 separate charges on my account although the correct amount of money was taken immediately from my account so I was sure it was some glitch I still wanted to call and make sure NOBODY from customer service to pro desk would help me or wanted to either got transferred around until eventually the call would disconnect ok I let it go then 1 -2 weeks later getting emails that my payment has declined although the money is still not in my account and when I call the AI assistant operator asked for my order number I gave it and it told me that I had one item ready and one that was expected January 9 so again, I thought it was a glitch two days later all of the money was refunded into my account once again can’t get anybody on the phone don’t know if my product is still on the way if I’m gonna meet the deadline so I decide to shop around and I find it highly disrespectful that I found the exact same product At Home Depot for about $350 less same exact product I’m a contractor. I do a lot of business at both stores but it’s because of reasons like this if I have the option to go to To Home Depot, even if it’s further away, or a little more of an inconvenience I do so
