When I asked about finding a color for the interior of my bathroom to match the paint color I scuffed, the Customer Service representative named Lee said “I don’t know what to tell you ” even though we had a picture of the color and matched it by the color pallete w/ a thorough explanation of what we needed assistance with. He was slightly more engaging after he seen we were getting a little agitated with his nonchalant and indifferent attitude. Instead of giving us a quart size amount of the paint Old Towne…he made a gallon sized and was visibly upset he had to redo the process over again. To work in customer service, it should be noted employees generally should have a friendly and open charismatic personality and/or demeanor. When customers ask questions, don’t make them feel stupid or unwelcomed to asking questions…it may come off as condescending.

Went on Monday 13th to the garden center. Two young black guys were super helpful to my mom and I with getting mulch. They loaded up her car after helping me pick out the ones that were on sale. Who ever said young black teens don't like to work was not talking about them. Thanks Lowe's for giving these guys a shot. ♥️

We picked up 50 bags of top soil and Kobe and 2 other young guys were so helpful. they loaded up 25 bags quickly and then told us to come back for the other half. they ensured that it wasn't too much weight on our tires. when we went back, there was an older bald man who unfortunately was the opposite of Kobe and the other 2. he was very rude to not only us but other employees as well. kudos to Kobe and the other 2 guys, you guys rock!

The store can be a little slow at certain things like picking up an order and also maybe indicating an order was picked up but wasn’t. However, overall, good experiences as this store consistently. Juan was very helpful in a recent issue I had and seemed to be going above and beyond. Seemed outside his wheelhouse but he made sure to figure out a resolution for me without me having to stop into the store. Really appreciated that.

Decent location with a good variety of plants, household items, building materials, grills, mowers and more. Centrally located. We like to bring our pup here and have never had any issues with the same. The garden center is always well stocked during the peak times. The credit card gets you a 5% discount... they may have financing deals. All employees I encounter are generally friendly and helpful.
