I ordered a 13" pneumatic Turf Tire for my Gorilla Cart. Lowe's had it, I confirmed the order and made the pick up. Super easy. I also looked at their selection of riding lawn mowers and garden tools. Nice selection, easy to find and helpful staff at the service desk.

Me and my husband came in around 6 on Sunday evening looking for some plumbing parts. We approached an employee for help and he stated he’d page someone more knowledgeable. After waiting for the more knowledgeable staff member and not seeing anyone, we started to wander around. Joey was in the nearby appliance area and noticed what was going on and approached us, asking how he could help. He made it clear he didn’t have a ton of knowledge on what we needed help with but he did some research and walked us around the store showing options. He worked tirelessly to ensure we found what we needed. Thank you SO MUCH to Joey, we were able to get what we needed! 10/10 customer service. We may have left empty handed had he not jumped in to help.

I purchased a grill and partially disassembled it in order to get it in my SUV. I ended up losing a few screws in that process. When I went back, Ashlee, and Jacob went above and beyond to helped me. They carefully unscrewed a different grill to make sure I found and purchased the correct replacement screws. Their attitude was great the entire time.

Hello, I am a Pro customer and I want to report a very unprofessional experience at the store today.When I went to Pro Services to pick up my order, the employees did not even look at me. I said “good afternoon” and asked for help, and they completely ignored me. Only the cashier helped me.Then I was sent back and forth between Pro Services and Customer Pickup, and no one could find my order. I also asked for help locating a Lowe’s‑exclusive product that showed as available online, but it was not in the store.My order was finally found two hours later. I run a business and cannot disappear for that long because of internal disorganization. This caused me to lose valuable time and productivity.

My husband and I needed some help getting some tools and paint and Mark matched our sample of paint perfectly while also teaching us about our warranty! The staff were super friendly too even though we were there late. Definetly will be shopping here for our home repairs!
