I placed an online pickup order at 7 am this week. Everything said in stock. All day, status was order is being processed. We waited....waited...usually larger orders than this are quicker...Around 4 PM (end of day, after mgt and Corp was gone) they said there was a mistake, they didnt have all the tile in stock, but another store did and could fill it, at $70 higher price. This was false advertisement. "Bait and switch". The order was then canceled with a false, untrue reason. Mistakes happen, yes. Could have left it alone...But the total RUDE woman that called that didnt even apologize and was just plain NASTY about the situation, thats NOT okay at all. Made zero effort to provide service or make it right. This was the final straw to make me always go to home depot down the street from now on. I dont know if its THIS lowes of how it works, but the absolutely terrible and rude attitude of the staff is mind blowing.

To the crew in lumber And those in charge of that department. What an amazing team. Every interaction and conversation I had in 15 minutes made me leave feeling completely taken care of and invited. The customer service was beyond. I will now continue to drive out of my way just for 6 ft fence boards. Thank you ..This is what it's all about.. Service.

I bought a couple of those new Dewalt cool max at-Shirts they fit okay it's not bad for $22 and having a material that helps awaken the sweat. Otherwise they do kinda form fit and try to give you that squared off shoulder look which makes it feel weird when you go to extend your arms, but otherwise cool shirt I'm just picky about stuff like that sometimes it makes you want to actually put this on a human and they just cut it based off the shape of one Otherwise, not bad went there for a few other things exchange out some 5 gallon water jugs for the water machine I want to look for a 10 x 10 canopy which they sold out of Just another trip to Lowe's

This store does not help with anything. They put you on hold so long that your better off going to the store. Then when you get to the store no one can help answer questions on the big ticket items you've purchased. I will no longer shop at Lowe's on 19th ave & baseline rd waste
