I went to Lowe's on 29ave/T-Bird Rd & perfect shopping experience, got what I need, & all the employees stood out that were helpful/efficient & 1 worker who rang me up Petra was amazing & A+. Petra made me feel welcome with me just buying a multipack Powerade. Petra even did my tap to pay cash back that her coworker helped to & they showed teamwork & her customer service was flawless with other female coworker she was near. I'll b coming back to this Lowe's as I just moved down the street. I was a Home Depot guy, but after moving right here & customer service i experienced today made me now a Lowe's guy & this Lowe's in particular!

Well stocked and clean! At time of review, it’s late July so the outdoor plant section was understandably sparse, but the indoor plant section more than made up for it! They also had a great selection of outdoor patio furniture and grilling items. The staff were able to quickly answer our questions and were very friendly. Everything was very well organized and stocked, and no aisles were blocked with merchandise as is off in the case in stores like this. They had many options of appliances and fixtures in range of prices. Great work to this stores’ staff for running a tight ship!

First time at this location and I honestly never had every employee I came across ask me of I needed help or had any questions. Can tell they are trained right with customer satisfaction as the main focus. I already preferred to shop at Lowes, now I have my go to store.

I had such a great experience at this Lowe’s location, and I really wanted to recognize Jennifer, Melissa, and Jaun for going above and beyond with their customer service. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. As someone who doesn’t always know exactly what I’m looking for, it can be overwhelming to shop for home improvement items—but they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and guide me in the right direction without ever making me feel rushed. It’s employees like Jennifer, Melissa, and Jaun who keep me coming back to Lowe’s. They truly make it a welcoming place for customers like me. Every staff member that I have met has been very friendly. Petra in customer service was very helpful with an exchange that I needed. I will be sure to shop at this Lowe’s whenever possible.
