Brittany in lumber and thank his name is Darrent they were so super helpful I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were with me I know nothing about woodworking and I am learning and they treated me with just absolute kindness care and respect. Brittany really went above and beyond. I really appreciated his optimism in my project and the fact that he didn't just write me off because I was a girl. He took the time in the patients to explain everything so that not only did I understand but I had feel comfortable enough to ask more questions. Although I know my questions might be milliskew or stupid. He still treated me with absolute respect and kindness

Last week I went to this store to buy 4 gallons of pressure sensitive glue. The website showed $20 cheaper than the store, so I asked the manager to match the online price, no problem. I went in again today to buy more and a different manager told me they can't match their OWN company store prices!!! What??? He said the price was from another Lowes down the road. They can match competitors but not their own online prices?.. Get out of here!. I should have gone to HD or Floor and decor. Next time.

Lowe's is lowe's. I would have given them a 5 star review but I had a return. The return was processed without any problem. However, it has taken days for the refund to show app in my bank account and it has not yet shown. Other than that the place is cool
