Purchased a bathroom vanity with top, it was a clearance item, we thought it was a good deal $289.52. We finally moved into our new home, opened the undamaged box to switch out bathroom vanity and the top was broken. I tried to exchange the vanity or return it but I was told they do not return a clearance return item. If I would of known there are no returns I would have not purchased the clearance item. Unless you can see the clearance item Do Not Purchase A Clearance Item unless you want to risk it being broken and not be able to return it

Went into Lowe’s this morning drywall for and 2x6. The stack of drywall had mold on it and when I told the manager he told me he had been doing this for 23 years and that’s not mold. Doing what for 23 years? Running a cash register! Good for you! Well I’ve been building and doing remodeling for 25 years and that’s mold lol. So I had to go across the street for drywall and 2x6. I normally prefer Lowes but not with that nonsense. I will take my business elsewhere. Went to Home Depot and got in and out with what I needed.

Really, really surprised by the customer service I received yesterday. I thought I might be in a fever dream; yup, it was that good. So first, Sergio walks by and asks "you need some help?" He quickly loaded (3) 50 lb bags of cement on my flatbed cart which was already pretty loaded. He asked if I was ready to check out, and I let him know I had to grab some party lights first. He kindly offered to wheel my heavy cart to the register and have it waiting for me. "What???? This is a "true never-have-I-ever "moment...........excellent service!!!! But there's more!! I got to the register and paid. Then Kramer suggested I run get my car and he would help load it. I pulled up to the open garage door and Kramer neatly placed plastic in my trunk and then loaded everything up for me.

Carlos and chance were amazing employees, they were able to help me get the most discounted price i could get for a repair job i have upcoming. I would also like to make this a very personable understanding for customer service. I have dealt with many different vendors in my life. Obviously roofing vendors like RWC, Abc roofline, even home depot. Sometimes, the biggest thing that separates you deciding where you're going to place your hard-earned money and decide to shop. Not only comes at price but also great customer service. And when you get people who are attentive and care and actually put effort into cultivating a good relationship. Those are the moments that keep long-term customers. Again, I would like to thank chance. And carlos at the lowells store number 1638

I ordered on-line and, when the water softener unit arrived via a national carrier, it was damaged. I called Samara in Appliances and she was able to help me through a different process. I brought the damaged unit to the store with my vehicle and, when I arrived, she had a new one which she inspected, at the front door waiting for me. She and a colleague rolled the new one out on a cart to my car and took the damaged unit away. Samara was very patient with me on a previous visit to Lowe's also when I had a credit card issue and had to go out to my car to get another credit card. She is patient, empathetic, sincere and professional, and I would recommend her to anyone needing an appliance from the Lowe's on Oracle Rd. Thank you Samara!
