We stopped in this evening after dinner after getting a wild hair to frame the mirror in our guest bathroom. We spent quite a bit of time in the aisle, where the wood molding is. They had lots of choices. The store wasn’t crowded so we didn’t feel pressed to hurry. We ended up choosing a molding with a very nice leaf pattern on it. We will stain it and seal with a nice satin polyurethane coating. When we went to check out, there was only one employee already helping another customer who is having difficulty. Because we were using a gift card, we couldn’t check out without human help. A big shout out to the young man who is happy to help us at customer service. We were greeted with a smile, which is often rare these days. We almost went to Home Depot and glad we didn’t!

They did pretty well, they had a decent selection.And the associates were very helpful.They even helped me out to the car with my bag of concrete.Although I would have liked it if they had a smaller bag of concrete, maybe a twenty or thirty pound.Instead of fifty pounds, they had frisk cut christmas trees, which is nice on december twentieth and general.Not too bad

This store very selective on how and what they apply veterans discount. Either honor the discount or get rid of it. I am a veteran 100% of the time. Checking out using the Veterans discount or their Lowes Pro is always a big hassle. Some item are eligible for pro some are eligible for vet. Again very selective on the application of discounts. They never seem to have enough people on hand to help customers. Many of those that are on duty can not answer basic questions. Lastly their return policy has become horrible. 90 day return, really? Unless you buy it on a Lowes credit card. I have many projects. When I get the deposit and go buy the material for that project. Some times I'm 4 to 6 month out on some jobs, but I can't return new unused items with a receipt because I paid cash. LOWES is my store of last resort. I will go to ACE at twice the price before I go to Lowes.

I made the mistake of getting windows installed by lowes home improvement. Their communication after consultation was very poor. They wanted to make a sale, that's it. However, they did work with us on payment arrangements which I was appreciative for. Windows finally came after 2 months and I thought installation was going well, other than finding out that our back windows don't open. After installation we realized part of our kitchen electricity was out. They installed a window in our kitchen. We called an electrician out who proved that our neutral wire on the stud behind the frame was now cut. Likely a screw. He wrote all of this in his estimate, what he did to prove it, and we submitted to lowes for reimbursement. They won't take responsibility and say that you can't prove it was them, despite the fact our electricity was working prior. Now I'm out an additional $400 on top of all the money I paid for our windows. Spend a little more and go through someone else. Awful practice. I'm going to have my electrician document everything moving forward but I'm sure lowes with continue to play dumb.

Great service experience with Tyler in appliances at the Marana location, he helped us with measurements on our washer dryer purchase and even pulled the floor model out so we could check the venting on the back. He was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions. He also took the time to make sure and check for coupons on our purchase so we got the best price.
