I went into to pay a shower insert. Online it said it was available in store. I spent awhile looking for help. I finally found help and they were less than helpful. They told me that when it say available that means to be shipped any then picked up in 8 days. I decided to look at another product and couldn't get any help. I asked two associates for help and was passed by 8. No one wanted to help me. So I left and spent almost $1000 at home Depot on the shower insert and other items I needed since they were willing to help me. I can honestly say I won't be back anytime soon.

Had a great experience with Andrew in the lumber area. He helped me save money with partial ply wood and also cut it for me. He was friendly and very helpful! It was the best experience I’ve ever had at Lowe’s, or any other store of this type! Kudos to Lowe’s for hiring good honest people. Thanks, D.Bigley

I confirmed I can write a check before shopping at Lowe’s. I go to check out and the only place to check out it customer service I go to customer service and there’s a line of 8 people but they are returning items with receipts in most hands And she told me that was the line to purchase my items with a check. I said but I’m purchasing something I don’t have time to stand in the return line! I only have 3 items and basically rudely said the line is back there. I was purchasing blinds to keep the homeless off my patio I’m 67 and need more protection. I just left my cart there and bought an off colored one at Home Depot on Broadway it doesn’t match my 1st one I bought at Lowe’s but I don’t have the hour and a half to stand in the return line to purchase 3 items Thankfully I had no trouble and my blind is installed on my patio

Ok, I am not handy, but I do love plants. Lowe's always has lots of plants to look at, and I have many plants in my home that I revived from it's sad state on the clearance rack.

We come here often. It’s always hit or miss with employees. Some have been fantastic, others- less than to be desired. In stock products are fine. But trying to order anything- is a joke. Custom orders come wrong, nobody takes accountability and delivery drivers are lazy and rude. I won’t use Lowes again for my next big project. Lowes is for the casual DIY. Not for major building.
