Highly recommend Chop in the appliance department! She helped us purchase five appliances and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she gave us the best price possible! Excellent customer service. If you need appliances, definitely go see Chop!

Extremely disappointed with the Kids Workshop at this specific location today. While I understand these events are popular, the registration system is nearly impossible to navigate, and the way the staff handled walk-ins was incredibly frustrating. My child was so excited to participate, but we were flatly turned away because we didn’t have a pre-registered code. The contrast with Home Depot is night and day—at Home Depot, they let you fill out a form on the spot and always seem to have kits ready so no child leaves crying. I want to be clear that this review is specifically regarding this store's management and the staff members working the event today, not a reflection of the Lowe's brand overall. However, the rigid "registration-only" policy here feels exclusionary. A better system would be to hold kits for registered users for the first 30 minutes and then release them to walk-in families, or simply stock extra kits. Seeing my child’s excitement turn into sadness was heartbreaking. We’ll be sticking to the competitor's workshops from now on where the atmosphere is much more welcoming for families.

Diego went out of his way to help us disassemble the grill to fit in our car, he went to find three different tools! As we were waiting, multiple employees stopped to help if we were needing help. Big shout out to Diego! (And Anthony for helping us load!) super friendly guys

I am very thankful for the staff at Lowes helped me find the much needed product that I couldn't find at other building materials stores for my home project. Also at $ 2.38 each was an great affordable price. I also found a very nice Mini greenhouse set which I'm am looking forward to buying on my next trip.

I got my dream kitchen, thanks to Jeff Spence of Lowe’s Union City! The initial meeting took about 2-2.5 hours because Jeff was so thorough and professional, he knows his stuff! He helped me pick the right cabinets, explaining the pros and cons of each type and brand. He then started the design process, meticulously making sure that each cabinet is to my liking, adding his professional advice as well. The second meeting was quite quick, since everything has been set up on the initial meeting. He provided specs of the appliances, sink size, and answered all my questions. He was very communicative pre and post purchase, replying to my email the same day. If you want your dream kitchen, look for Jeff at Lowe’s Union City!
