JASON, in doors and windows went above and beyond as our order for awning windows and special order doors was a challenge. He was patient and professional every minute. Excellent Lowe's employee.

Lowe's is very disappointing now. It used to be great! It is nearly impossible to talk to a person since they now have AI answering the phone. I had to drive to the store to talk to a real person! I bought an oven from Lowe's and wasn't told that I only had 48 hours to return it. I went to Lowe's to ask for a refund and they said it's too late, to call the manufacturer. I don't want this oven, there isn't anything about it that I like. Now, I have to deal with the manufacturer to get a refund. No more Lowe's for me.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's 3 years ago and purchased a 3-year warranty apparently when you buy a 3-year warranty you get a one year warranty with the refrigerator and when you buy a 3-year warranty all it does is add two years the mislead you actually wanted me to buy another refrigerator another 1800 dollars. I went over and bought the same thing at home Depot for less not wasting any more money at Lowe's can they sell junk

I had a frustrating experience at the Lowe’s in Concord. I went in to buy a simple $15 item, and even though it was a small purchase, the associate still tried to get me to sign up for a Lowe’s credit card. They only asked once, but it felt unnecessary and out of place. I just wanted to make a quick purchase without being pitched a credit card. It’s disappointing that even for minor transactions, they’re pushing credit cards. It comes off as predatory, especially when customers aren’t expecting it. I’m there to buy home improvement items, not to be pressured into financial products. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ll definitely reconsider shopping here in the future.

I always go to Lowe’s over the other place as there’s plenty of parking, Sherwin Williams paint store, have items I need, and great services. This weekend was super great as I got a deal on a dishwasher and fridge. Thank you Lowe’s !
