I had a great experience at the Lowe's in Hialeah. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with what I needed. What really stood out was the amazing front end supervisor, Suzelie (I hope I spelled that right!). She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was smooth. It's refreshing to see such outstanding customer service—thank you, Suzelie!

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. We purchased a washer after a store representative assured us it would be fine to install even with a different dryer stacked on top. When the technician arrived, he refused to install it because of the dryer. They delivered the washer and left, leaving us with two washers—one broken and one not installed. We paid for appliance pickup and a washer connector for installation, neither of which were used. Instead, everything was left for me to deal with, including handling the return myself. This is ridiculous. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and careless. Calls were left on hold until disconnected, and I spent an entire day trying to get help. Management appears to be nonexistent.

Don't recommend this Lowe's. Male workers can't help to save their lives they just wanna sit around and chit chat with their coworkers. I came to purchase artificial grass. No barcode, a written paper to take to check out. Instead of helping me check out both women rather assist men around their age then me. I asked both for help and was ignored. I highly don't recommend this lowes. They have a lot in stock cause no one wants to come here for a reason.

Been a hardware store fanatic, Lowes has some prices in specific items a bit higher but, customer service marks a difference with the competition. I most confess that the floor attendants attention was impressive. That alone can make or brake a business. Good stuff terrible prices.

I purchased online a washer, and a stainless steel hose part to install the washer properly. I had a very disappointing experience with Lowe’s when trying to make a return. I had to go to two different stores—one at SW 24th Street & 87th Ave, where the manager was extremely rude, and another in Hialeah, where I was forced to take store credit because they said they couldn’t process my return properly. To make things worse, the first manager wanted to charge the part to the delivery driver instead of giving the credit! Even though the driver himself was kind enough to say I didn’t need the stainless hose outlet. In the end, I was left with no proper resolution and ended up having to buy expensive white paint I didn’t originally plan on purchasing. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve my return fairly made this a very frustrating experience.
