I visited the Lowe’s in North Miami Beach and had a good experience. The store is very organized and easy to walk through, even though it’s huge. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made shopping easier. You can find almost everything there — tools, home improvement items, garden supplies, appliances, and more. It’s a great location when you need variety and space to look around comfortably. Overall, it felt like a reliable and well-managed store. 🧰🔧

The first thing I noticed was the staff was very polite and welcoming. Most places you have to hunt someone down for assistance. George was great and went out of his way to help my husband and I. Whoever runs this store needs a raise!

I was at Lowe’s 850 ne 167st north Miami Beach.on Friday 6/12 2026 between 5-5:35 pm to purchase 7pcs panels fence and as work to the garden no one asked if i needed help.and i went to customer service in the front asked one of associates hello how you doing? Could you please send someone help with thie fence and he looks panish he was talking to with a police officer and told me I’m there’s no one to help you at this moment.associates was everywhere In the store i stayed for 30 minutes and he meant business never tried to called me some help and i left Lowe’s with no fence that’s bad No customer services bad for the business big company like that i will never go back to that location very mean and rude and disgusting also ignorant .

I had an excellent experience with George in the plumbing department. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between products clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
