This was one of h buy grass seed and it was clearly labeled $19. I went and paid and then realized I was charged $89 per bag I had grabbed two bags. I sent my husband to the front to explain while I took the picture showing the price listed. By the time I was walking up they had refunded my husband and then they refused to honor the price. Then the manager said in a tone suggestion I put the two bags that I had purchased there. This is when I and the associate said there are pallets in that spot. The manager then refused to honor the price and then started to say I should have payed attention. I told her that it is not my job as a customer to make sure there items are in the correct place. No one in the garden center helped us regardless of spending probably 30 mins looking at grass seed. We ended up getting something we didn't even want but really had no choice because at this point it was getting hot. I'm not retired or have much time on weekdays to do yard work. So given my yard is shot and I need to replant and they were zero help. I'm half tempted to take the bag back that we got since clearing there management is not reliable so why would there product they sell be?

Recently went into this location and purchased several thousands of dollars worth of appliances - we made our decision based on what the associate told us (and physically verified by going into the back of the store) that they had physically in stock so it would arrive quickly. The associate put the wrong fridge on our initial order - luckily we caught that mistake after reviewing things that evening and were able to fix that but now our items are not expected to deliver until 2 weeks after our purchase date and are being told by fulfillment that they have not received the items we purchased (so they weren't in fact in store like we were told?) - I've tried multiple times to reach a manager to discuss but am always put on hold for 20+ minutes without ever reaching them. This has been a more than frustrating experience because we specifically needed these items quickly - I would have purchased elsewhere had the associate been upfront about availability.

This was the 2nd day in a row that I came in and waited over 30 minutes to have wire cut. Both times I asked for help, was told to go stand by the wire and wait for someone. Today while waiting I had multiple employees walk by and look at me. Not once was I ever asked if I needed help or was waiting on help. I was never able to get my wire as nobody ever came to assist me. Extremely poor customer service for the electrical department. I will happily drive out of my way to find a Home Depot or Ace Hardware.

Shout out to SHAWN for going above and beyond helping my mom find the mini Lowe’s buckets after the first guy straight up went “no we’re all out” … Shawn pulled out his device to look it up.. gave us directions on where it would be then found us later to ask if we found them. Which we said no there weren’t any… to which he then went to the back and found us a whole box ! Thanks Shawn! You made my moms day!

It was difficult to find someone to help us in the appliance department. We bought a GE frontloading washer and we love it. It has a built in ventilation system to keep mold from building up
